The new company was also concerned as some of them were not installed correctly due to "several different products being put together" and not fitting quite right. They offered to properly secure for free, so no they were not trying to "get a sale." I now realize how we were "taken to the cleaners" Guys, great service shouldn't cost an extra 60K.

Finally, around 4 pm on Monday, I got a text from Dawn letting me know Mike is working on the quote. I don't want to pretend that I know how quotes work and the steps involved, but doesn't he just enter the info into a quote system? Cant he pass the info to Dawn and have her put the quote together? I have yet to hear from anyone after that text. Absolute garbage of a company who do not care about old people in need of a ramp. My mom was able to get into the house after rehab thanks to the transport company but without a ramp she couldn't get out. I ended up going with Ramp Now. They were so professional and easy to do business with. And most importantly, they kept their word.
