The phone consultation was long and in-depth making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and took the time to get to know me. Never once did I feel rushed with her. She even called me before the shoot to make sure I was ready to go mentally and outfits etc! Talk about awesome customer service!!! It almost feels too personal to put it in the 'customer service category'. Shoot Day: I went in to her studio (that looks and smells like heaven.. seriously) a scared wet cat and came out a confident goddess. The Glam Squad prepped me into a work of art and we set off into the woods to let the fun begin. Keana guided my painfully awkward self through all the poses, providing privacy for changing and it felt like we were old friends even though I met her that day. The shooting flew by. When we did the image reveal and she said she had about 60 images for me my jaw hit the floor. Not a chance that 60 decent pictures of me exist. Nope. But they did !!! Today I picked up my products and as soon as I got to the car I cried like a little baby. I couldn't believe what I was holding and how proud I was of the art we created together. This experience pushed me so far out of my comfort zone and I can't wait to do it again. We posed for them and we knew they'd be taking photos while we were in action on the river. Good idea! After the trip, we got a link to see the photos, which were very good, many choices to pick from. Unfortunately the charge so much, so we settled for 2 photos that we ordered, on paper. For a digital (which it'd be better) they charge more. Ok delivery, I can't say I liked the contrast, 5X7 size, I would have liked 4X6. I know they need to make a living, but if the prices would have been lowered we would have gotten more prints or digital files of the photos from them. In a situation like this no one wins, they could have made more money and we would have been happier customers if we'd have been able to order more!
