Updated: After making me wait for 20 min on the phone to…read morereturn a miss called, Patricia told me that they cancel my appointment: Card was recorded and this is exactly what was told from her: "Salinas. Okay, um, yes, we were contacting you back. We have canceled your upcoming appointment. After reviewing our recent interactions and specific service requirements discussed. We've determined that our practice is not a best fit for your needs. We believe you would be better served by provider who's scheduling process and communication styles, more closely aligned with your expectations. " Then I asked about what my expectations were? She then wish me a good day and hand up. I'll be filing an official complain. Good luck to you and with their communication styles and scheduling process, please read the other lower reviews before you decide for this team to handle your future pregnancy. --------- Patricia - completely unprofessional and rude. I called to book an appointment on December 9 and was told the soonest available was January 12. When I showed up on January 12, they had no record of me or my appointment, despite the fact that I sent all my info to their receptionist weeks ago, and she was able to locate that email. Patricia, who claims to be a manager, acted like I was lying, offered zero apology, and just told me to wait another two weeks for a new appointment and that I'll be added to a waiting list for a sooner appointment if that happens to happen. She didn't try to help, didn't apologize, and wouldn't even give me a management email to file a complaint or send any written confirmation for my records. She blamed a "change of team" and said she couldn't find out who helped me before. Completely unacceptable experience, no accountability, no professionalism, and no real solution.

I downloaded a app and filled out paperwork before coming into the office for my first visit, when I got there, I filled it out again... then there is a hour and a half wait even with your SET APPOINTMENT. So I filled out the paperwork for a second time, and the front desk lady comes out and says Dr Johnson has been called to delivery and she won't be back for at least another hour and a half. I gave the paperwork back and left. I will absolutely find another obgyn and refer everyone to someone else as well... absolutely awful...

Follow-up visit, to discuss bloodwork results, additional $100. 2. Willingness to work with patient. After requesting a letter of medical necessity, required for my health savings account the response was, "Yeahhh, we don't do that. If you want a copy of your medical records that's $25." 3. Quality of Care. During review of my bloodwork I had to explain importance of being in the "optimal range" versus the "normal range". All they did were look at my labs (you can't diagnose Peri from labs) and try to sell me B12 shots and testosterone injections for around $300 a month. I'm a teacher. I just wanted to have a better quality of life and get rid of my joint and muscle pain and extreme fatigue and brain fog, not be sold a product and then have to take off work twice a week to drive there to get the injections they wanted me to get. The secretary assured me that it was covered. However, a week later, I received a bill for $520. Since then, I've spent countless hours making phone calls, only to be transferred from one department to another with no clear answers. Every time I thought I was getting closer to a solution, I was bounced to someone else. I was never able to speak to anyone who could actually help or take responsibility. This kind of disorganized and unhelpful customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to healthcare and billing. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Be very careful and double-check everything yourself--they clearly don't stand behind the information they give at check-in.

She was my OB for my entire twin pregnancy, and safely delivered both my boys. I highly recommend her to any pregnant woman who wants a supportive doctor! She always listened to my concerns and my fears, and encouraged me that I could have a vaginal delivery if certain factors were right. She laid out from the start that I'd need an epidural regardless of delivery method just in case, which I totally understood. I ended up being hospitalized late in my pregnancy for PreE, on a weekend, when she wasn't on call, and she took the time on her vacation to call me at the hospital multiple times when she obviously could've only communicated with the on-call OB. But she actually called me, and once it was just to see how I was feeling. She came in first thing that Monday morning and was excited that she would still get to deliver the boys! I ended up needed a C section, but she did a fantastic job and made me feel like I was in good hands. Side note: we are an LGBT family, and she never missed a beat. She was caring and supportive and most of all, as a doctor, she was experienced and calm at every encounter. Even in a medically emergent situation right after delivery (hemorrhage), she handled it and put us at ease! Thank you Dr. B!

I was told I could simply bring my insurance card to the appointment. Shortly afterward, I received an estimate for $452.40. Since that amount was much higher than I expected, I called back and asked if my insurance could be added so I could get a better idea of my out-of-pocket cost before the appointment. The scheduler was helpful and added my insurance information, then transferred me to Billing to speak with Emily regarding the estimate. Unfortunately, that interaction was extremely frustrating. When I tried to explain why I was calling, Emily immediately responded that she didn't know what I was talking about and asked for my name and date of birth. I understand she needed to verify my account, but the conversation felt dismissive from the start. I answered her questions and continued trying to understand the estimate and insurance adjustment process. As the call went on, Emily told me that I was being rude because of my tone. While I may have sounded frustrated after being transferred around and spending more time than expected trying to resolve a simple question, I never used rude language or spoke disrespectfully to her. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was available. I asked for an email address to provide feedback and was told there wasn't one. When I said I would leave a Google review about my experience, Emily laughed and told me to go ahead. I understand that customer service roles can be challenging, but patients should not feel dismissed or criticized for asking questions about their bills and insurance coverage. The appointment scheduler was helpful, but my interaction with Billing left me with a very poor impression of the practice.
