I get there and we are told to sit while the lady finishes up with a customer. We go see the glasses in the meantime and can hear Muhassad Aljumaili speak loudly to the lady that he will not take his 6:30 appointment. He after comes to us and mentions he is no longer taking 6:30pm appointments and he will not see my daughter and 'we tried calling, but you had the wrong number on file' mind you I got a text and a email confirmation after all that he made me follow him to the computer and mentioned you are 5 min late anyways and I mentioned I was looking at glasses we was not late. This has been my GO TO location for my 2 girls and myself this was such a disappointment of how we was treated and im extremely upset that instead of throwing a tantrum and speak loudly to his colleague he should have came and apologized and rescheduled.

Made a crown for his tooth and then REFUSED to put it in. Wants to do a bridge or implant instead $$$$. The implant was estimated 8k and the receptionist took it upon herself to fill out a credit application for this in the amount of 10k. This was not approved by us! She gave personal information to a company I am not familiar with. This broke HIPPA laws! I will be contacting the ADA, attorney general, BBB, FTC for this. I will be asking for the crown made for my husband and if they no longer have it... I will be filing a dispute on my credit card. We also have a credit balance for that crown and the $100 reserve appointment fee. (I don't get asked for this reserve.) We will be getting our pre-paid $ back. We will be looking for another dentist... Oh, forgot to add, the turn over in staff is awful you will never get the same hygienists b/c they moved on and the Dr. turn over isn't much better. She saw him a few days later and prescribed some topical steroids to help get him all the way better. If we lived here, we would be coming to this eye doctor for all of our eye care needs! And procedures could've been pushed back a month to when coverage reset and would've left us with no bill. 2022 these crooks did it again. After a call with Jamie, their secretary she informed me ON THE RECORDED LINE that she would reach out to insurance on remaining coverage about the upcoming appointment. They would only provide the care that was covered and the rest we would bump to a future appointment once coverage reset. Needless to say, day of procedure they do not inform us of remaining coverage, instead do everything on the appointment and at the end ask for $2000. FULL well admitting they hadn't even billed insurance yet to know what the final bill would be. They wanted $2000 immediately because they were FULLY aware they had provided more services than we had coverage with and intentionally did not inform us. After insurance, another $1000 bill.
