I found Alta dental online when I got as searching for dentist offices accepting my insurance, ( Medicaid) they were able to take me in that same week, originally a cleaning but unable to follow through due to sensitivity and they went ahead and called my insurance (meridian health) and got me approved for the deep cleaning and got that done today. Between the last appointment and this bill Ive had emails about visits scheduled (multiple) which i had cancelling those ahead of time. So i will be disputing this and going somewhere else from now on. Edit: they reached out the same day I want to make this review a 5 star. As the situation resolves i will gladly change what i said about this place. I do like it but I'm not happy with the random overdue bill.

I told the front desk that it should be free per what they told me 2 weeks ago and there was not even an attempt to figure out who told me this or how the situation could be remedied. You can't tell someone their procedure will be free to get them in the door & then charge them after.
