They gave me a free estimate and physically showed me the areas on my vehicle that they planned to fix and explained why. They worked with my insurance company directly and saved me the hassle. Gerber also provided text message updates so I knew exactly when the parts were ordered and when they were expected. My only complaint was when insurance was debating if the car was going to be a total loss, Gerber stated they don't work on total loss vehicles - thus Id have to have the car towed someplace else.
