They caused $1,700 damage to our Audi TT. There were little bits of broken glass rolling around in…read morethe car after they replaced the rear window. They said it's not their responsibility to remove all the shards of glass. They also pinched the rubber gasket around the outside of the glass so it split in several places, leaving no seal. They broke the latch on the trunk so it could not close properly. Like a final punch, they installed an aftermarket window that makes it appear there are 2 vehicles instead of one when you look in the rear view mirror. When we asked them to fix their mistakes they said the car needed to go to a body shop. Zero responsibility taken. Would never use Safelite and would never recommend.
