I love my car so much, and if I can get a few more years our of it, I'd be happy. She said they're great, reasonably priced, and do not try to swindle their customers with unnecessary repairs. So I decided to check them out. Upon entering, I was greeted by the nicest receptionist I may have ever met. She had a great smile, was friendly, and was professional but still laid back. I explained what I needed, which included looking at why my engine light was on, check my shocks (because my car made very loud noises with every little bump in the road), and anything else they could find. Then I wanted an estimate and we'd discuss next steps. Made an appointment for the upcoming Thursday, left my car overnight, keys in the Dropbox, and they'd look at it in the morning. Got the estimate a few days later than anticipated, because the mechanic is always SUPER busy, then scheduled a pickup. Turned out that I needed new tires (which was not a surprise), my shocks were dead (hence the loud banging whenever I drove over a little bump), and my heater was on the fritz (the engine light). Spoke to the mechanic, and he said he could have my car ready by the following evening. So I said let's do all work as a holiday treat to myself. Picked up my car after work the following day, met up with the mechanic, and he went over everything with me. To my surprise, and due to an error, they even did a little extra work and didn't charge me for it! When I drove my car home, it felt like it was brand new, and if it wasn't for my "dog blankets" protecting my car seats, I would think that I just drove it off the sales lot. Overall, Auto Solutions is a place I will continue to go back to. The professionalism mixed with a laid-back personal approach, really made me feel at ease. Not charging me for some extra work that was done was a very nice holiday gift from them, and I am very grateful. Be fair warned, if you are a type A personality, and need everything quickly laid out in front of you, in a very specific time frame, they may not be your first choice. But if you have a little time on your hands, I will always highly recommend them.

The pair of seater heater were installed in 3-4hours and cost $426 all-in with tax. I consider that good value. The location is a warehouse type spot adjacent to the northeast side of Albany airport. The site lacks the creature comforts of a well appointed dealership but this is the place dealers send their cars. Bonus, if it's warm out you can sit outside and watch planes take off.

We did not realize the info we received was bad until we did our own research when we arrived back home. Prior to discovering the bad info we actually put a large deposit on the vehicle. Upon discovering the bad info we were going to call off the purchase but decided to go back to the dealership a few days later to speak to a Sales Manager. We made contact with a Sales Manager by the name of Walter. In short, he was honorable and outstanding! He listened to our issues and corrected the wrong feature info we were given and, more importantly, he agreed to honor the vehicle warranty that the original sales person had told us - as incentive for us to purchase the vehicle. He also assigned us a new Sales Representative by the name of Kia Smith. Kia was absolutely SUPER fantastic! She went over every feature detail, answered all of our related questions, and actually sat in the vehicle with us to demonstrate the features. Walter's high degree of integrity and Kia's truly outgoing personality and depth of knowledge saved the vehicle sale for the dealership. These two individuals are an absolute credit to their employer and we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. This was our second vehicle purchase from this dealership and there will be more (but hopefully not for a while :))

Instead of approaching people by introducing himself, he comes to you asking "what is your question" then goes to try and snatch papers from your hand when you try to communicate your frustration of an increased price that you never signed or agreed to. Every dealership I have visited will quote you one price with all fees and taxes included, this dealership does not. They will provide you with a quote without adding or mentioning taxes, and when you arrive they have this 80 year old 'tuff guy' who embarrasses himself trying to intimidate you. Keep an eye out for the clown with the colorful sneakers limping around.
