I dropped my Daughter car off last week after her car was damaged from a hit and run causing the driver side door to need replacing. We worked with Mia who assisted with drop off,pick up and payment and she made the process so much easier. I was a little overwhelmed with everything that happened but her kindness made it all so much better. The car is complete but we aren't able to pick it up for at least a week and she made it so that we did not have to worry about the car sitting with them a little bit longer than planned and that the car would be okay to sit until we can arrange pick up. Minor fender and bumper repair.Took 30 days.Went to check on car and was told it was sent out for front end alightment. Car was at Goodyear. Then was told Good year did not have a tech or they did not have software to do alightment. Sent car to Crown in Dublin. Got car back and gaps between fender and door and fender and a pillar you could stick your finger in. Was told to take car and they would call after first of year to bring back and adjust. I hit some debris getting on to the highway, did $3500 damage. I also asked them to repaint my hood do to rock chips, figured it was the perfect time to do so. I had replaced all my lights in the front to LED. they replaced my right headlight and replaced my LED with halogen. told me to take it up with my insurance company. Then i get a call from Gary at the bodyshop stating the color doesnt quite match that i would have to pay extra to have them blend my fenders, wtf no i did not pay for them to do that. Gary was all about getting my car to me in a timely manner, which he did. once i picked my car up and had it parked in the sun where i could see the paint, it was like night and day difference from the new paint to original paint. You can definitely tell its been worked on Then as im driving i look in my review mirror and notice my headliner was pulled down and creased. So i try to get a hold of Gary and then it became a game of phone tag. eventually i was able to talk to him and he acted like it wasnt there fault, they had to take my antenna out which was located right above my headliner. still no answer on that and its now been since September of 2022. When i went to pick my car up originally, he had asked to to give him a 5 star rating and if i wasnt going to do 5 stars not to do one at all. im like ok i got you. cause the car looked good at that point. needless to say, i will never go back to Gerber, thay are trash IMO...... i hope this helps others. Horrible customer service. I called 2 days before my car was scheduled to be "done," and I called the day before. Both phone conversations involved the employee telling me my car would be ready on time, but if something came up, they would call me the day of the scheduled pick-up to notify me. I called on my way to pick up my car to make sure, and the manager told me, "There's no way your car will be ready today." She extended the pick-up date/time by 3 days without any notification. After speaking with her very patiently, I asked her to call me each day personally and let me know if my car is on track to be picked up at the latest time. I have not received any phone calls from her, and my car is supposed to be done tomorrow. Not only do they fail to have their repairs done on time, they also fail to meet customer-service expectations by simply calling their customers to let them know when/if their vehicles will be repaired on time. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in their service, and I will be relaying my experience to my insurance company to suggest that they stop doing business with this auto repair shop. read more

I wish I could give this location ZERO stars. First, it took them over a month to repair my car when they said it would be 2 weeks. Then I get it back and my camera wasn't working. I take it in and the manager says "oops we just forgot to plug in some wires". I didn't think much of it. But then over the course of a month my car was literally falling APART. They didn't screw in screws all the way (you could see screws were half way coming out), they didn't even put in some screws, and didn't put parts back into my car. My bumper was slowly coming off. So that made my headlights shake like crazy and my wind shield wiper fluid was coming out of the side of my car instead of on the windshield. I ended up taking to the grandview location because I didn't trust them AT ALL with my car again. How UNSAFE to not screw in screws all the way! Who knows what else they did wrong?!?! The grandview location said that since the grove city location didn't repair things properly there was even more damage. Now I'm without my car for another week probably. Thankfully the grandview location is paying for my rental. Don't ever go to this location!!!!!!!!! read more

I took my car in on a Tuesday, and everyday I was updated by email how the progress on my car was coming along. Friday of the same week I was able to pick it up. The work they did on my car looks fantastic. The staff was very friendly and made sure that I was being taken care of right down to my rental car from hertz!
