The second I walked through the door for my estimate I knew I would be well taken care of. Danny Rader was the person I communicated with the entire time and the fact that he is the owner speaks volumes. He treated me with patience, kindness, educated me and I even got to learn a little about his life too! What an awesome person. He gave me a date that he estimated the repairs would be complete and he completed a few days earlier than what was expected! He set up my rental car for me and provided a seamless experience there too. This shop definitely values their customer relationships and honesty. Extremely Disappointed With Ziebart and Regional Manager…read more I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with Ziebart - especially with their regional manager, Connor - deserves to be documented so others are aware. I brought my truck in for Ziebart service, expecting professional results. Instead, the work was rushed and sloppy. They globbed the Ziebart product all over my paint, and I had to bring the truck back because the job was so poorly done. That alone was frustrating, but unfortunately it got worse. When I picked up my vehicle the first time, I noticed a new dent that was absolutely not there before. Ziebart immediately claimed it didn't happen in their shop, yet they never completed any prior-damage paperwork on my truck when I dropped it off. No walk-around, no notation, nothing. If they're going to deny responsibility, the very least they should do is document vehicles properly -- but they didn't. Trying to get answers from management was just as disappointing. The regional manager, Connor, was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the situation, he was dismissive and refused to acknowledge their mistakes or the lack of documentation. For someone in a leadership position, the attitude and lack of accountability were shocking. I expected a reputable company to care about their work and their customers. Instead, I left with extra hassle, a dent that wasn't there before, and zero responsibility taken by their management. I would strongly recommend doing your homework and thinking twice before trusting this location with your vehicle.

Don't go there for service. I booked a mobile service to have a light bulb replaced because the…read morewait for a loaner vehicle was six weeks. They cancelled my first appointment because the tech was off on the day I had scheduled. I rescheduled for the next week. Then the service guy argued with me that it was not a bulb but an LED that needed replacement and said they couldn't do that on a mobile service. He kept quoting the "headlight" not the indicator bulb. He tried to tell me that that the non-BMW dealer put in an "after market" part which is why it wasn't working. I ended up dissembling it myself and taking pictures of the Bulb that needed replaced. He quoted me $120 plus labor to replace a $6 bulb. He cited the "labor" to replace it but I had already taken it apart! They must think I'm stupid. I ordered the part and did it myself which is what I should have done in the first place!

Two months later I opened the hood up for an oil change and I noticed resistance. It wasn't until later that I noticed the corner of the hood was bent because it was so badly aligned. If it didn't take me so long to notice it, I would've taken it back. I won't take another vehicle here for repair. This is the second vehicle we have taken here that had inferior workmanship done to it.

The gentleman I worked with is rather gruff and not particularly friendly, and while a friendly demeanor isn't exactly something I need it's still nice when dealing with a business. I was ultimately given a printed estimate however the gentleman didn't bother to take any photos to provide to the insurance carrier, so then I had to take them. I was also told by the carrier Bernie's was completely unresponsive and uncooperative in giving them the estimate and I was caught in the middle. So with the bad attitude, having the onus put back on me by the shop to coordinate and then on top of the recent complaints of poor workmanship, I am taking the car to a different shop.
