Leak spot on driver's side floor. Windshield rubber frame had come unglued BUT it had nothing to do with my leak. Not only did they give my door gaskets and windshield washer hoses a thorough inspection, but they taught me car care I knew nothing about. They reglued the window gaskets AND cleaned my door gasket/seal. It took 2 hours. As a female of a certain age I appreciate when men treat me honestly. I've had HARRS replace 3 windows over the years and would never consider any company but theirs. They did not charge me for their labor or for gluing my window molding in place. read more

I had my windshield broken on the freeway by flying debris. My insurance company recommended Safe Lite mobile Auto glass who rescheduled me twice due to a defect on the new windshield they received. I did schedule an appointment for the next time I was going to be in town, and advised them that I would be continuing to look for someone that could get it don that day. Called to get a quote. The lady was so rude that I wouldn't let them put my glass in for ANY cost. Not to mention, she doesn't even listen to what you are saying, just rambles on and is obvious that she should not be in customer service! By the end of the conversation, she is basically saying that they can't get the glass or even if I get the glass, put it in. Only a dealer can do it. Hmmmm..... so why are they in business if the cars need to go back to the dealer to have the glass replaced? But above all....let me point out once again... RUDE! read more

Terrible! Would never use this company or refer it to anyone. 4 days later and still no install. They kept getting glass that wasn't able to be installed on my vehicle. After 4 days, called to speak to the manager and he was very rude to me and told me that .....he had been in business for a long time and that things usually snowball and that he was going to cancel my installation for that day that was scheduled for 3 hours later. So I waited 4 days and when I call to let him know that this is a huge inconvenience he says he didn't want to inconvenience me anymore . Never installed windshield and I cannot believe the so called service they attempt to provide. Had another company do the install with ZERO problems. This is the best auto glass company in town. They were highly recommended by by auto dealer and they did not disappoint. Reasonable prices and great service. If you need any window work done, you should strongly consider Harrs Auto Glass. I worked with Todd and he was very helpful and accommodating. He gave me a free quote and scheduled a time to come out to my place of employment all in the same call.
