I have a 2007 Honda Civic and needed the front windshield replaced. I received an appointment pretty quick (only reason for the 2 rating) but was told after the windshield was replaced that there would be no warranty due to some rust found. I noticed at that time that the rubber sealing strip was not adhered to the car (only to the windshield) and was told it would smooth out. I waited a week and contacted Jason who then told me there was no warranty again. I told him I understand no warranty against leaks but the rubber trim is not even touching the car roof at all. Needless to say I got nowhere and am now stuck with trying to find a way to fix this now. I would think if the windshield was being repaired that if the trim was no good (not going to stick) it would have been replaced as well, had I been told, I would have went to the Honda dealer and got the part.
