    Damn- what a great staff and show room here. M section is awesome. I love coming here - highly recommend their service department and used car guys too. Have nothing bad to say here! Just go, you'll see what I mean. Coffee, couches, big screen TVs for the kids, you wont be disappointed.

    My review before my most recent interactions with Tire Discounters would have been a 4 or 5 star…read moregushingly positive review. As you can see right now - 3 stars - it is not. This, in fact, is a weighted average. If it were only based on this recent experience, it would have been a 1.5 or 2 at best. Let's just say - from where I'm sitting - it seems that when the cat's away, the mice will play (and not work). The experience started off luke warm, but not really the fault of the TD. It was a crappy weather day - a couple hours before close - following a harrowing morning of bad weather that had resulted in most schools closing and level 1 emergency in Franklin Co. I was on my way to an event and saw I had tire issues. So all dressed and disappointed I would not be making my program, I went directly to TD, where I get all my tire work done. It's only a mile from the house and extremely convenient. And they are normally excellent with service - which is why they keep my loyalty. I was greeted by the GM who knew my make and model off the top of his head. Impressive - or perhaps I'm there with WAY too many tire issues. Probably both. I was told upfront they would mostly likely not be able to get my vehicle that night. OK. I already figured I would miss my program - now I just had to wait for the hubby to get me. In man-time, I should have know that 20-25 minutes would really be 50 . . . There literally was standing room only - and so I stood and waited for him. To this point, my experience was fine. BUT THE NEXT DAY - they open at 8 am and my expectation was that I was first in line. Apparently I was quite WRONG. So when I called after 11 am, they had not looked at my tire and I was supposedly next in line. Flash forward to when they finally call and tell me my tire is toast - I authorize the expenditure for a new tire - and wait some more. It's around 1 pm when it's finally done. I walk over to pay and pick up my car. So I walk in and there is no one in the cashier's area. There are 2 or 3 folks waiting on vehicles, but no one else. So I stand there about 7-10 minutes - and I can see guys in the service bay who can see me standing there. I finally, walk over the door to the bay and knock lightly on it, now seeing a guy sitting in a desk right on the other side. He sees me and yells at someone to go up front to wait on me. So I walk back to the other side of the register - AND WAIT. Like another 5 minutes, the whole time the mechanics in the bay standing and talking and seeing me wait. A guy finally comes up front to cash me out. No apology or even acknowledgement that I just stood and waited 15 minutes for the PLEASURE of paying them and getting my car. Needless to say, I did not see the GM anywhere. I also did not see anyone actually working while I was there. Will I return given this crappy service - probably, but only if I have reassurance of WHEN my car will be done and that I will be working with someone up front that I trust.

    avoid this location robert the manager can not be trusted and do not leave your car there always…read morewait on it and if they do the work take your car to get inspected after its done do not trust robert very rude and not honest they will take your money .i went there to get new tires last monday i made an appointment prior to coming . i asked robert to check the fromt end of my car before putting new tires on he wrote it down and said okay i took my car there around 0930 dropped it off i never heard from him i walked back to the store at 1730 the car was moved and he put tires on car with out calling me .they put tires on my car and did a alignment i asked him why he didnt call robert said there short staff and have only one master mechanic . something told me to take the car to get looked at i did comes to find out that i needed two controll arms which i replaced with them in 2o24 and there bad again in a year in a half i paid 1100 for them at another shop prior to getting them replaced i called robert to see was there something he could do he. told me no the company that they got parts from went out of business . so i had to get another alignment since i had new controll arms put on whent back to this location saturday morning which i made another appointment for 0930 i got there robert said to drop it off insaid im going to wait on myncar he instantly got mad and told well your going to be here all day then im already upset because this all could of been avoided if they would checked the front end like i requested. robert then went into the garage and started yelling saying bad things about me thinking i could not here him. he then came back out and to me to get tf out of his store in the showroom and he will not be serviceing my car then threw my keys at me. so i left i then took the car to another store once they put car on alignment machine the mechanic then came and told me that the car could not be alined properly due to the fact that the tire rods inner and outer need replaced on both sides and that so i made an appointment for the next day to have them replace them. robert said monday prior tomall this that the alignment was good but never showed me proof he lied . i spent a total of 3000 dollars in a week on my car including tires . this could of been avoided if robert would have told the truth and checked my car properly if instead he sold me a dream and got mad because i found out he lied . pleaese dont go to this location and becareful getting there parts too they put cheap parts on your car that will go out in a year. do not trust robert wait for your car dont leave it. avoid thid location stelzer rd tire discounters by all means . dont trust robert the store manager he will lie to your face just to get your money . thats a very bad store avoid it if you can .
