I called the next Monday to make sure it would be done. Again, I was told it would be done. that Wednesday I called and was told that it would be done Thursday and that the headlight was on back order and they just assumed it would be there. when I picked the car up, the fender was misaligned and they said it was a quick fix and remained it worse and the headlight is still broken. They took payment and told the insurance company (through email because they wouldn't answer the phone for multiple days) the car was fixed. Insurance closed the claim and wont reopen it. 2 months later and my car is in worse shape than when I took it in

I remember having a few questions the first time we met and they simply replied "we got this, it's what we do", it was nice to go home knowing that they would handle all the details. If you care about your car and your safety this is the place to go, they go above and beyond simply fixing the dent including checking to make sure that there isn't more damage you can't see from the outside and checking your sensors/cameras/safety systems so that they continue to work the way they are designed to. I also must mention that I was not charged for the days that my vehicle sat on the lot before insurance was settlements , which happened to be nearly 2 weeks. An appointment that was two weeks out, "first available."We completed all the forms emailed to us in advance. We dropped the car off the evening before the repair, completed the form at the night drop box, put the key in the envelope in the box and left the car in good faith. After not hearing from them all day, we contacted Caliber to check on the progress. The attendant claimed we were a "no show" for the appointment OR the car parked in one of their only 5 spots OR the key in the night drop box. We had to leave work early - in the one car we still had - to go there only to get the run around from an employee who did not know what he was talking about. Do yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
