They refused to apply the new bra because of the condition of the repaired paint. They said they did not want the debris in the Performance paint job to look like they failed to clean the surface before they put on the new bra. They also pointed out the difference in paint color which was very noticeable under their lights. I took the car back to Preformance and was told "I guess we can try and wet sand it to smooth it out". When I asked about the color they just told me the white pearl was hard to match... In the end they did nothing to resolve the situation.

At home service is so convenient! She got me scheduled for the next week, my choice of day, but I got the impression I could have done it even sooner. Chris came out, & did the repair. He was personable, explained the process, & made me feel confident he was the man for the job (he was!). It took him about an hour, then he was on his way, allowing space for the tech to calibrate the windshield. Rob was the one to perform the calibration. I really appreciate that he went above, & beyond to take my car to the shop to calibrate there versus on site, which had sub-par conditions (not Mel's fault at all, of course). I remember having a few questions the first time we met and they simply replied "we got this, it's what we do", it was nice to go home knowing that they would handle all the details. If you care about your car and your safety this is the place to go, they go above and beyond simply fixing the dent including checking to make sure that there isn't more damage you can't see from the outside and checking your sensors/cameras/safety systems so that they continue to work the way they are designed to. I also must mention that I was not charged for the days that my vehicle sat on the lot before insurance was settlements , which happened to be nearly 2 weeks. I had friends warn me that I would be charged a storage or parking fee for all those days and the awesome folks at Caliber didn't charge me a dime! I was so happy that they thought that practice was as ridiculous as I did and even happier to tell my friends that I wasn't charged!!

We had a little snag (they brought the wrong size window), but they were able to quickly fix this and come to my work location the next day.
