One body shop told me our Acura needed a new tailgate. Dan was able to work the dent out and repaint it so it looks just like new, saving me a $3,200 charge for a new (unfinished) Acura tailgate. He's good--really good--and his shop is clearly a point of pride. He's also a genuinely nice guy. FYI long post coming. Lets just start from the beginning. Unfortunately got into a minor accident…read moreafter work a few weeks back. Thankfully nobody was severely injured. I was the one at fault (meh). There was slight damage to my car and the stress started. I knew I would have to get my insurance involved to try to find an auto repair shop ASAP. I looked around and went to Gerber that Saturday for pictures to assess the damage. This is when I met Rick. He advised they would give me an estimate the very next Monday. Got the call and they told me the earliest they could start working on it was the next week Tuesday. At first I was nervous because Thanksgiving was coming. Ultimately went with them. They assured me it would take 2-3 days. But after taking my front bumper off is when they saw the real damage inside. There were so many parts that needed replaced. And because of this that my repairs would be pushed until Tuesday/Wednesday (right before Thanksgiving). That mean't I was without my car for longer than I expected. But then surprisingly Rick they could still meet their original deadline. Was very happy with the results. The car essentially looks brand new. Everyone there from Rick, Andrew, Jaclyn, etc were all very helpful and professional!! Even when I received the car and I noticed my driver side door handle was not working, they replaced it and took off the cost of labor if I just paid for the part. Never been so satisfied with everything because finding an auto repair shop can be daunting! Highly recommend using them! Hopefully I never get into an accident but if I do I'm definitely 100% using them.
