Nick from ECCC came out to perform the Spring maintenance call. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with all aspects of this service. Nick answered all my questions including showing and explaining in detail for me, performing all the diagnostic work, tests, and cleaning for the maintenance call, providing me a summary of the status/results, and was very enjoyable to interact with from beginning to end. They put new freon in again and it leaked out again within a month. They did not respond to e-mails or calls to fix it. Finally came out after 6 months with no A/C ande said it is the freon lines and that is not their problem and stormed out.
