Consumer BEWARE! I needed help with replacing a propeller and they were happy to up-sell me on a 4 blade vs the 3 blade the boat originally came with and that I had asked for. They made it seem as if the 3 blade wouldn't be possible to get and that the 4 blade would be much better. After all the work of pulling the boat off the lake and swapping them out, the 4 blade didn't work well for my boat. When I called them to let them know that the 4 blade didn't work out they gladly said they would order me a 3 blade and it only took a day to come in. They then refunded me a whopping $31.00 difference... I mentioned I saw the exact 3 blade online for approximately $200.00 less, and the salesman had no explanation and didn't even blink an eye. I took my boat in for service and repair and they took over four (4) months to return it to me. I struggled to start it and after several attempts and help from a friend, I finally got it started. I took it on boating trip and it stopped running shortly after it was placed in the Lake. **Worst Buying Experience Ever** I was debating on writing a review for this location, Germaine Marine Norco, but I have given these guys enough time and my patience has run out. I went into Germaine Marine Norco looking for a Tige wakeboarding boat and had a great experience with Chase who is the main sales guy. We found the boat we wanted, picked out the color scheme and was told that it shouldn't be an issue getting the financing done. I specially told Chase that I didn't want my credit run multiple times, he confirmed that my credit wouldn't be shopped. Weeks turned into months and the hard pull credit inquires started to show up, I had 4 hard pull credit checks from the same bank.Why is the same bank running credit 4 times? I'm in finance and I know how hard and soft pulls work and Germaine Marine Norco will do a hard pull every time. I have great credit, solid income and had to send a ridiculous amount of documents to get approved. After about two months and excuse after excuse, the communication started to get less and less from Chase (probably lost interest) because he wouldn't return calls or texts. I decided to reach out to the Manager/CEO Jason who seemed to work a little differently than Chase. I was promised up and down that I would have an answer regarding my financing. I thought there might be some hope working with Jason, but not much different than Chase. I received two texts and that was it from Jason. No answers, still no solutions to getting the credit pulls off my credit report and still no boat! I understand it's a crazy time in the world and I also understand that there is a lot of risk financing a boat, but there is a difference between being professional and telling a person they didn't get approved versus being unprofessional and stringing along a client. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and it makes me want to go and get a Malibu at a different shop. Thanks guys for a huge waste of three months and a ton of hard pull credit checks!
