I took 5 wheels for painting and minor repair; they kept the truck for 5 days in their shop. I was…read moreexcited at first to see it in a new look when I picked up the truck, but after a couple of days, I checked the wheels and saw some flaws in the paint; two of them had issues with thin paint in the center wheel lug area. I contacted the shop, and they offered to repair it. They kept my car for another 4 days, and when I went back after, I was told they had to redo all the wheels, and I trusted them that the issue was fixed. Then, I got back home and saw the same issue: thin paint in the same area. I am frustrated and tired of bringing the truck back and forth to this shop. It seems they don't have a staff member with quality control experience to check the wheels if they are done correctly the first time. Now, I am still waiting for them to redo the paint on the same wheel for the third time. If you don't know anything about quality workmanship, you might miss the flaws in their work. For all the trouble I have gone through with this shop, I regret not buying a new set of wheels instead. I don't like giving negative reviews; 3x repairing the same issues is not acceptable. The manager accepted that the failed paint job was their fault. In my opinion, based on my experience, their staff lacks training!

I was told for $175 they would remove the tire, repair the curb damage, strip all the paint, and powder coat the rim. I dropped the wheel off at 9 AM and it was ready by 3 PM the same day, which was impressive turnaround time. If you decide to go here, I recommend dealing directly with the owner, John. Make sure you clearly discuss your expectations and exactly what work is being promised so everyone is on the same page or you could be disappointed.

The car was vibrating whenever I drove over 60 mph. I reached out to Jesse, the owner, who told me to come to the shop whenever I was free. I went around noon on a Monday where I met Joshua. He gave me all the run down that they fix Tesla wheel's for $125 each, fixing the curb rashes were additional $50 and they require holding the car for 24 hours. I also saw many Tesla wheels laying all around the store that assured me they regularly do these fixes. As I was not prepared the leave the car that day, I drove it back few days later. Joshua noted down my contact info and the wheels I wanted to fix. As 24 hours passed I was still waiting for the call, I reached out to Jesse about the pick up time. Within couple of minutes Joshusa called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, I met Joshua to complete the payment, collected my keys and was on my way. The rims absolutely looked brand new. All the curb rash marks on both wheels were gone. The vibrating issue significantly minimized as well. One minor observation was both wheels didn't come back with their original valve cap. Overall I was really happy with the consistent hassle free experience that came with such a bargaining price. For any future wheel issues, I'd be go back to Silverstar without any hesitation.

Why give an estimate and have me drop it off if you knew you can't fix aftermarket wheels? Unbelievable waste of time. if you have aftermarket wheels, do not bother. UPDATE: they'll return your wheel with no valve core so it doesn't hold air!! Genuinely unsure whether it's incompetence or malice. horrible shop.

Extremely friendly & great prices & the rim was perfectly round, super job. I spoke with the owner, he's very likeable, he's a Vet, like me. Everyone there was happy, joking around. To me, happy workers mean you'll get quality work. I own a Lucid, which weighs in at 5,200lbs. Hitting a pothole with this car almost guarantees a blowout and a bent rim with the short sidewalls. I am sure I will be seeing them again. Oh yeah, when you go there, you'll have to look hard for them, they are set back, a bit and look like they're closed, go in the parking lot and go around to the back.
