For pre cooked not fresh out of the oven this is a 5/5. The ingredients are high quality. The service was good because the cashier answered my questions about my dine all day pass! Ambiance is great in and out for a snack while you're on the go! I was able to try and new drink and the cashier was knowledgeable on them. Will return!

Small quick service food and beer in Busch Garden's Oktoberfest. Food is pre-made, stored in a heated glass case. Even with our all-season dining plan, this place is below average. My daughter's pizza pretzel had a long hair baked into it; when she brought it back, cashier agreed "that's nasty" but the food counter employee, Breanna, rudely questioned the return as if we were plotting. Eventually replaced it, rightfully so for $9 served with nothing but dipping sauce. My pretzel dog ($8) was greasy and overcooked. Worse, I was unable to receive a $0.89 dipping sauce with it despite having a $20 entree entitlement. Other fam described their sandwiches as mediocre and semi-stale. Perhaps the beer is worth waiting in line but we'll likely skip this on future visits.

Let's see how this stop turned out. We were able to get a table during lunch time where there was a good crowd on hand. Since it was the 4th, I expected there would be a few more. The staff was pretty busy taking care of diners and orders ready for takeout. It was a little warm inside, but it wasn't a surprise given the weather was really hot. And there was a fan literally behind is blowing out much needed air. The special they had for the 4th was $2.50 corn dogs and $2.50 PBR beer. We said no to beer, but couldn't resist corn dogs. My order consisted of two of them and a small order of cheese curds. Sophia ordered two corn dogs and a Roadhouse hot dog. This was the first time in a long time I'me had corn dogs so I couldn't resist given the special. And boy did they deliver. I actually started to get full after eating my first one. They were really good and well cooked. And great call to add cheese curds to the meal. Tasted great especially with the sauce. Sophia enjoyed her selections and had leftovers to take home as well. There you have it. Another great lunch for the two of us. We'll be back soon :)

I even stepped outside of my plain hot dog and got the Carolina dog with pulled pork, bbq sauce and coleslaw' so yummy! Also tried the pickle fries for the first time and they were delicious! Dominion Dogs never disappoints!

I would recommend getting the mustard drizzle on the side, just to be sure it is to your taste. We also had the Crab/Corn Chowder soup. You must try it! Super delicious and flavorful. The onion rings were also very good/hand breaded. Service was excellent and the manager stopped at our table to check on us. The atmosphere is comfortable and ambiance is nice/quiet and clean. Strongly recommended for a good meal in a very nice setting.

The menu also has so many food options, making it easy to find something for everyone. The food overall was great and very enjoyable. However, I would not recommend the brownie and chocolate sundae dessert. The brownie and cookie were cold and hard, which made the dessert disappointing. On the positive side, the carrot cake was huge and definitely worth sharing -- easily enough for 3-4 people. The service was excellent as well. Our waiter was very attentive throughout the meal and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, Second Street American delivers great food variety, strong service, and a family-friendly atmosphere, with just a few misses on dessert.

The staff were very nice and you could tell they all got along very well, we had a few different servers because they were all helping and being attentive. We appreciated that. If we ever did come back (visiting from NC), it would be for that. Negative: the food just wasn't good. It was alright. The gravy wasn't what I was expecting- like thin and watery, which is just a personal preference but it tasted vinegary? . My burger taste wise was good and filling. Cheese was melted and yummy, I did not like the bun, again personal preference and all that. Had the Brussels sprouts for app, partner didn't like it, I believe it was the sauce again vinegary but I didn't mind them. It was a nice surprise. Partner also had chili hot dog which looked amazing ; also just tasted alright. Overall nothing to rave about.
