Said estimator never entered any information into the system so no follow up was done by company. Fast forward again to November 2025. Went to showroom try again. New salespeople scheduled estimator Mike to come out. He shows up, takes note, and once again, no follow up. I called and spoke to Victoria who basically told me they weren't interested in doing it my way since it wasn't to "code", which I presume is industry talk for you need the most expensive option. I agreed to get a quote to do it "their" way. Surprise, no quote! I'm not a believer in chasing after a contractor that clearly has no interest in my business.

After Pinch A Penny was sold, we didn't have the same people coming out. The pool went green at one point. It took us three calls to get them to fix it correctly. Even then, it wasn't great, like it used to be. The final straw, was our tech never showing up and us getting someone different every week. Because it wasn't their regular route the tech's did not give the pool the appropriate attention. We could see the pool starting to green up again. We chose to leave Pinch A Penny and go with a new service. The water was absolutely sparking after the new service took over. We were very disappointed in the new ownership. Nice enough people but the service was not up to standards.
