Longer version: Going through a fertility journey is a really tender process, and it's important to find practitioners who can hold you with the proper medical and emotional care. The Fertility Center of Las Vegas (FCLV) absolutely delivers. When we started our fertility journey in October, 2023, it was important to me to find a female doctor, and I had a strong preference for an office with a heavily female medical staff. FCLV was the only office in town that met this criteria... and it got even better from there. The FCLV offices are brand new, modern, and welcoming. Wait times for appointments are short. In the lobby, it's not unusual to run into folks who have traveled far and wide to take advantage of the available expertise. FCLV offers almost all fertility-related services on site. Bloodwork, ultrasounds, IUI, surgical facilities (for egg retrieval, etc.) - all in one place, which is super convenient. Dr. Bedient is an incredibly competent fertility doctor, who not only knows her stuff but can explain it to you in terms you actually understand. She was always open to dialogue and I never felt silly asking millions of questions. Finally, the FCLV staff are a cut above the rest. Renee (ultrasound tech), Betsy (our surgery nurse), Shijuana (our anesthesiologist) were knowledgeable but, more importantly, they were gentle and kind. Through some especially difficult moments of our journey, they held space for my tears and offered more than just medical support. When we "graduated" from the fertility center, they were obviously excited for us, and sent us away with a sweet parting gift. This year, just in time for Mother's Day, we welcomed our son to this world. This miracle wouldn't be possible without FCLV, and I am eternally grateful for their care.

I've never experienced such efficient communication in a medical setting. Whenever I had questions, everyone was quick to respond. I think the most I've waited for a response after a phone call and/or email was probably 2-3 hours. After diagnostic testing and 1 successful IVF cycle, we welcomed our baby girl to the world last month. Everyone in the office has been amazing. The office is never too busy. They will get to know you on a first name basis. The whole team was amazing to work with - Dr. Bedient, Corinne at the front desk, Marina at the lab, the nurses Lesleigh and Jaime, our IVF coordinator Melissa, Arlyn, Renee our sonographer, and Betsy our RN.

But from the very beginning, we felt that we were in the best possible hands with Dr. Fisch and his wonderful team. One of the biggest benefits of going to a smaller clinic with one reproductive fertility doctor is the attentive, individualized care. Dr. Fisch and his staff became familiar with us and our fertility journey very quickly. He personally performed our appointments, ultrasounds, and all required procedures, and at the end of each appointment, he always took the time to answer all of our questions -- often before we even asked them. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and always had an answer for us. I truly felt cared for and like I was a priority. Dr. Fisch is attentive, detail-oriented, compassionate, and incredibly personable. He called us from his cell phone many times, which meant so much to us during such an emotional process. Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and invasive, but Dr. Fisch and his entire staff -- including the nurses and anesthesiologists -- always did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and supported. In addition to his excellent medical skills, Dr. Fisch has an incredible bedside manner. He is kind, friendly, patient, and genuinely supportive. He and his wife, Melissa, made me feel like I was more than just a patient. We also loved the front office staff and nurses. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and supportive with our appointments. Joanna was always there to answer our questions and help ease our concerns, and we are so grateful for her kindness and support. After three failed IVF rounds at Nevada Fertility Center, we knew we needed a change. I ended up…read moregetting second opinions from two other clinics, and both agreed that I had been overmedicated. They were also surprised I had undergone ovarian PRP twice, since the research really doesn't support it. I was even told that being on Omnitrope was likely unnecessary in my case and ended up being an added expense and extra injections I didn't need. The doctors here are nice people, but the approach felt very old school to me. Before getting outside opinions, I asked Dr. Foulk if I could try a mini-IVF protocol, and instead of being open to it, he discouraged the idea and started pushing donor eggs pretty quickly. The biggest frustration, though, was the staff and communication. It often took forever to get calls back, receive documents, or get help with basic issues. I learned very quickly that if I actually wanted something resolved, I had to physically show up in person. There were also multiple mistakes along the way, including prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy. Trying to get the right person on the phone felt nearly impossible at times. I've since moved to a clinic in California, and after just one IVF round there, I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant. Obviously everyone's experience is different, but after everything we went through, I genuinely wish we had switched clinics sooner. It would have saved us a lot of stress, money, and heartbreak.

Apologies for the longggg review but I feel like it's completely necessary for the incredible staff and experience we had here. After 5 and a half years of struggling with infertility and this being our fourth fertility clinic, we are FINALLY pregnant with our miracle thanks to Dr. Levy and the incredible staff at Nevada Fertility Center! I'm SO glad I filled out the form online and came here. Our first initial meeting with Dr. Levy was a year ago back in January 2025. Dr. Levy walked us through everything and explained that our journey would take a bit longer because of my medical diagnosis and was upfront about absolutely everything, including percentages of the likelihood of us walking out of there with a baby. He was also the only doctor I've ever had that talked to me about diet and exercise as well and the importance of it with IVF. Both my husband and I were very impressed after meeting him and really felt we were in great hands with him (which we were). We did IVF through them and did two egg retrievals, one canceled cycle (due to me ovulating too early on my own) and one successful transfer! Through every step of the way, Dr. Levy and the staff was absolutely incredible. Our egg retrieval coordinator was Leah and she was outstanding, always answering questions and helping with everything, even when I emailed her after hours or even called after hours. She made the entire process so much easier. Our transfer coordinator was Yohanna and she was just as amazing. She kept us updated on everything and again, answered every question. If she didn't immediately know the answer, she checked with Dr. Levy and got back in touch with us so quickly. Even the girl that did the blood tests, Gracie, was so sweet. And the front desk women though their names are escaping me at the moment are outstanding. Shannon was amazing with our ultrasounds, too. When we graduated from the clinic, I cried because I was sad to not see this incredible staff anymore. That's how much I actually enjoyed coming here. IVF is stressful enough and having a doctor and staff that actually care about your wellbeing and care about your journey is SO refreshing. Everyone knew who we were every time we came and we were always greeted so welcomingly. I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about this clinic and cannot recommend them enough. She is 1 of 2 ABORM certified acupuncturists in Las Vegas. I also have a friend who has been seeing her before I started and highly recommended her. Before jumping into acupuncture, you'll need to go through a wellness program with Dr. Lisa Grant. She will also recommend herbs/supplements for your needs. I believe that going through this wellness program and learning how to maintain a healthy lifestyle along with supplements in addition to acupuncture definitely helped with the success of my IVF / pregnancy journey. After 1 IVF cycle and 1 transfer, we welcomed our baby girl to the world last month. The office is very clean and welcoming, and I always felt relaxed each time I came in. I highly recommend starting here prior to starting your IVF / pregnancy journey. You'll continue to see her throughout your pregnancy journey as well, but starting early on will set you up for success.

I decided to do Dr. Lisa Grant's 90 Day Fertility Reset Program to prepare my body for when I did pursue IVF. My husband and I both dove into the program and made the changes. About a month and a half into the program, before I even had my first acupuncture session, a week before my fertility clinic consultation, I got my first positive pregnancy test ever! I've continued to see Lisa and get acupuncture sessions throughout this pregnancy. She's definitely been a major support system for me through this pregnancy. Other events caused more delays, which is the reason why there are very few reviews. Needless to say, the care I needed was delayed as well as the update of this review. In 2024, I specifically requested Pueblo Imaging because I had a poor experience with Simon Med. I forgot how poor of experience I had until I went to Simon Med again in 2025; where I got worse service. This is not Alternative for Women's fault, but it is their fault for not updating their records when I requested Steinberg instead. I know this because my mother (who has worked with medical scheduling systems) asked if I had requested Pueblo Imaging previously. That being said, I felt a little more understanding that Pueblo called after I asked for Steinberg Imaging. What my grievance is is that Alternatives for Women said that I requested Pueblo Imaging October 2025. The other poor experience that I had with Alternatives for Women was the delay with obtaining an updated referral. After asking for Steinberg, I had to call a few times. Each time I called, I was told that I would receive an email with the new referral. It took a few tries that I ran out of time in October. To my surprise, Pueblo Imaging called. I would have gone there, but it would not have been covered. So, I contacted Alternatives for Women again to correct this as I requested Steinberg. I got an updated referral after my Yelp review, but it was too late. It was impossible to get it scheduled in October as planned. I also went through a chain of events following so I could not schedule an appointment. I didn't know what to say because I still believe that it will still be a review with few stars. They confused a request from 2024 with 2025 and said that I requested Pueblo. I think that it was still in their system from 2024 because I know what I said about Pueblo Imaging. I didn't plan on coming back. They have great supplements and great recommendations for me, but I just couldn't. I am sorry that I could not provide a 5 star review because she is good at what she does. Again, I am sorry for the delay. I would say yes, this is a good place to go. You just need to be on top of stuff like knowing which pharmacy is open and you need to contact them and be sure that they updated their records before getting referrals. Double check.

I will only speak to my experience being there. My husband and I were very upfront from the gecko in both our sit down with Dr. Duke along with our paperwork that we had filled out that we wanted small batch fertilization. This was never discussed with us that the clinic wasn't going honor that until after they fertilized all of my eggs against my request. They explained it away afterwards and sharing why they could not do it, while I expressed that my husband and I were trying to avoid having leftover embryos due to our moral and ethical beliefs. So that breach of trust was violated and the nurse that was assigned to us (Stephanie I think was her name) was changed over because she was quite frankly condescending and lacked sympathy to our whole situation as if we should be happy they made us more embryos against our wishes. We had done two transfers there, and while they did not end up resulting in a live birth, there were other red flags. Not only did their billing team needing to be reminded regularly to bill my Progyny insurance and not my regular insurance, but they also trying to bill us $500ish for something two years later after we had already left which is not even legal to do. My insurance held them accountable to that and the bill was withdrawn. The front office communication was always extremely challenging with people actually being accountable to what they were going to do, whether it was that they're going to call you back or follow up on certain documents. The only person I thought had integrity in their words was Nas. She was always amazing both on the phone and in person. I have major concerns with their fertility clinic, their practices, and the lack of oversight to their operations. We have now moved to Dr. Bruce Shapiro and we don't deal with any of the nonsense that we did there.

She always arrives in the exam room with a big smile, she's super friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, caring & doesn't make you feel rushed. She's a great listener to any concerns or questions I have. One time when I arrived for my yearly exam I was super stressed after getting some bad news from my job & she actually took the time to let me confide in her on what was going on. This was so appreciated & she didn't need to do this for me, thank you because it helped to talk about the issue with the 1st human I happened to come in contact with after getting the phone call from my boss. I did have an issue with a staff member while waiting to be seen last year. She didn't normally work the front desk but she had a horrible demeanor & wasn't very professional. I did find out today that she no longer works there & that the doctor's had replaced their staff due to having too many issues with them so if you have run into any issues with them please give the doctor's another chance. I even had an issue getting a hold of my MD's MA last year & scheduling an appointment earlier this year. It does make it hard for patient's when they love their doctor but not their staff & unfortunately unprofessional, uneducated & rude staff can affect their practice. I was glad to know that something has been done about it. I love how they have their own lab in house so I don't have far to go when I want blood work done with my yearly exam. The phlebotomist has always been really nice, professional, gentle & friendly. I don't usually have to wait long to be called back & review home meds & what I'm in the office for. I do find it odd that the only vitals that the MA takes is your weight & blood pressure. No heart rate, respirations, temp. or your height. I have run into having trouble in not being able in getting an appointment for a "problem" in a timely manner which can be frustrating if it's something that needs attention & may be gone by the time you do get an appointment. I like when doctor's leave some extra time in their day to fill these requests. I'm so thankful that I have found Dr. Falcone after having my previous, young GYN retire back in 2020. 5 STARS for Dr. Falcone!! Thank you!

I see her for my annual Pap and now I am seeing her for perimenopause symptoms and hormone replacement. She is so attentive and doesn't miss a step. I had tried the hormone pellets and they were great just not sustainable realistically long term financially for me, because insurance doesn't cover it. $500 every 3 months is tough for me so I was looking for another option. She asked all the questions for me so that I did not have to know everything to say. She even had information preprinted and gave it to me so that someone my age knows what I need to be doing for myself and my health. I was given an option that would be more affordable and I left the office feeling empowered and hopeful that I will be feeling better soon. She encouraged me to follow up in 9 months. She said she would refill my prescriptions and the back office staff asked me to call to schedule my appointment for October in April when the that part of schedule will open up. The office is busy and there are multiple doctors working and seeing patients. The front office is running smoothly though. I felt like they were pleasant. They have a long lobby with several areas with chairs to sit. The nurse that brought me back, took my vitals, roomed me, and was very nice. I recommend this office and especially Dr. Falcone. She is top notch. Very professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I would call ahead to check if they are contracted with your insurance and make a an appointment. They are conveniently located in Henderson and they are in a medical complex with a lot of parking.
