I am writing this review while 38 weeks pregnant with our first baby girl, and we are beyond grateful to Green Valley Fertility Partners and Dr. Fisch. If you are looking for an excellent fertility doctor, please look no further. My husband and I did not start trying until I turned 39, so we expected an uphill battle. But from the very beginning, we felt that we were in the best possible hands with Dr. Fisch and his wonderful team. One of the biggest benefits of going to a smaller clinic with one reproductive fertility doctor is the attentive, individualized care. Dr. Fisch and his staff became familiar with us and our fertility journey very quickly. He personally performed our appointments, ultrasounds, and all required procedures, and at the end of each appointment, he always took the time to answer all of our questions -- often before we even asked them. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and always had an answer for us. I truly felt cared for and like I was a priority. Dr. Fisch is attentive, detail-oriented, compassionate, and incredibly personable. He called us from his cell phone many times, which meant so much to us during such an emotional process. Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and invasive, but Dr. Fisch and his entire staff -- including the nurses and anesthesiologists -- always did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and supported. In addition to his excellent medical skills, Dr. Fisch has an incredible bedside manner. He is kind, friendly, patient, and genuinely supportive. He and his wife, Melissa, made me feel like I was more than just a patient. We also loved the front office staff and nurses. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and supportive with our appointments. Joanna was always there to answer our questions and help ease our concerns, and we are so grateful for her kindness and support. We cannot say enough good things about Green Valley Fertility Partners, Dr. Fisch, and the entire team. This is the very best clinic in Vegas. Everybody from the front desk staff, coordinators, nurses, doctors, phlebotomists, everyone; is so very incredibly kind and professional. Compassionate, expert care every step of the way We had such a positive experience here and I can't recommend this clinic highly enough. From the very first consultation all the way through to our graduation, the care and attention we received were truly exceptional. Even something as small as blood draws -- which are usually a nightmare for me -- were consistently easy and painless here. (For context: even professional phlebotomists at Quest often struggle to find a vein!) That alone was such a relief, especially given how frequent labs are during IVF. Everyone -- from Dr. Fisch, the front desk staff to the nurses, medical assistants, and especially our coordinator Joanna -- was kind, patient, and responsive. It was always easy to get in touch with someone, including the doctor himself, which made the whole process feel less overwhelming. I felt genuinely cared for during every egg retrieval and transfer, and the level of professionalism and compassion from the team gave me so much confidence. GVFP has been like a breath of fresh air. Thanks to Dr. Fisch and his staff, my husband and I can now close the 7 year long struggle to have a family. We now have not 1, but 2, beautiful children thanks to the help of Dr. Fisch. We started at a different clinic that was a complete nightmare (I've left a separate review for them) and we also were not having any success. My husband and I decided to give it one more round before accepting that a family wasn't meant to be for us. But before we did we wanted to meet with the other clinics in town, to see if switching might be a good idea. There was a bit of a wait to speak with Dr. Fisch, so GVFP was the last place we spoke with. It was worth the wait. Since it was a phone call, and not a virtual call or in person meet, we were unsure how personable he would be. BUT, by the end of the call both my husband and I were set on going to him. He was very informative, easy to talk to, gave us some faith and hope back, and he was the only one willing to do a fresh transfer, even hyping it up. Altogether we did 7 transfers in our IVF journey - 5 were frozen and unsuccessful, 2 were fresh (both done at GVFP) and are now our two children. Even after I had "graduated" from the clinic after my first pregnancy, Dr. Fisch still answered my call and on a Saturday, and gave me the reassurance I needed when I had a concern and couldn't get ahold of my perinatal doctor. Dr. Fisch does each appointment. So any questions you have, he's right there each time. This is huge! When I call the office, they answer. If someone needs to call me back, they do, and in a reasonable and prompt time frame. The staff was very organized and very thorough with communication. It was honestly amazing. The staff is friendly. I feel like they are genuinely cheering for your success. His office relocated - it's nice and professional looking and much deserved for him and his staff. Anyone considering IVF, or a different clinic, I cannot recommend and praise GVFP enough. read more

3.5 stars Ultimately, we transferred care over for more better communication overall. Dr. Fisch - Very knowledgeable and found my polyp + removed it. He didn't pressure us into IVF but it does seem like we were getting a run around of what our care moving forward would be like. His NP is so sweet and was really caring before/after my Hysteroscopy. From the start there has always been a communication issue with the front & back office, and about the financial aspect. It's a smaller office that has lots of potential but I do believe staff needs to be trained more and job delegations should be spread to different people not front staff. read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! From the first introductory call Dr. Fisch was rude I wish I would have listened to my gut. Throughout my visits, I encountered unprofessional behavior that left me feeling dismissed and disrespected during an already emotionally difficult time. The doctor frequently interrupted me, rushed through appointments, and showed little compassion or patience when I asked important questions about my treatment. After our failed egg retrieval, we were told that we'd receive a follow-up call with Dr. Fisch to discuss what went wrong, what went right, and what our next steps should be. However, it took nearly two weeks to get that call scheduled. I had to follow up multiple times and even request to speak with a manager just to secure an appointment. When Dr. Fisch finally called, he was unwilling to answer our questions, responded with sarcasm, and ended the conversation by abruptly hanging up on us. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a physician. After, Milissa Fisch, the office manager and Dr. Fisch's wife, called to apologize for his behavior. She explained that he became angry because he felt we were blaming him for the failed cycle -- which was especially confusing, as we were simply trying to understand what went wrong in order to make an informed decision about whether to try again. We were seeking clarity, not placing blame. Milissa offered us either a discount on a future IVF cycle or a small refund. We chose the refund, as I no longer feel comfortable trusting Dr. Fisch with my body or my care. What should have been a supportive and transparent process felt cold, confusing, and at times, condescending. I left appointments feeling more anxious and unheard, which is the last thing you want when you're trusting someone with such a personal and sensitive journey. read more

DON'T COME HERE! Awful Facility. I had one failed IUI as a cash patient, and the entire process was abysmal. There was zero guidance and no communication. When my IUI failed, instead of calling for a follow-up, they treated me like a mere transaction, showing no sympathy. The place feels like it's being run out of someone's garage due to their complete lack of communication. The doctor himself seems completely checked out and barely provides any feedback. When my husband asked him for recommendations to improve his sperm count, all he could say was "no." On the day of my first IUI, the doctor was condescending, stating that the sperm count was low and our chances of a successful IUI were poor. When I asked if we should postpone, he dismissively said "no, it's still worth a shot" - without any confidence in the procedure he was about to perform. I later spoke with the doctor's wife, who serves as their financial director. She promised me a discount on my next IUI and said she would get my lab bill decreased (she never did). Recently, when I informed them that I have insurance coverage for up to 6 IUIs, they gave me the runaround for three weeks, ignoring my emails and phone calls about insurance verification. Finally, after the front desk representative confirmed my coverage, the financial director called to tell me they don't accept insurance for IUIs because they "don't have a reimbursement contract" with insurance companies. Instead, she offered me a cash IUI for $1,200. How convenient that they're quick to offer cash discounts but won't work with patients who have full insurance coverage. This facility has wasted both my time and money. They are dishonest and clearly have no idea how to run a professional medical practice. Fertility treatment is such a vulnerable journey, and to play with people's emotions and lie to them is inexcusable. Absolutely disgraceful. read more

Long story very short.... questioned the billing of this office as to why they are billing me for two office visits and a ultrasound for one date of service in which all I was told would be a ultrasound was told by Dr Fisch's wife Milissa and proud practice owner to "kiss my ass". Then when I voiced I would be complaining to my insurance and complaint to the state board of medicine was told "let's just start over". Was previously told by practice manager Ivy that she likes my insurance as they had a "good reimbursement rate for them" and they get paid out well by them. I asked Milissa why she would call me and argue with me and not just wait for Ivy to return to office, she states "This is why I'm not allowed to talk to patients". Bottom line they want your money. Will find a MD that appreciates me as a human and not just my insurance. read more

My husband and I were referred to this clinic by my primary care doctor. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. We had our phone consultation with Dr Fish. The consultation went well, and we were looking forward to meeting him in person. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after we came into the clinic. We felt like a number, opposed to a patient looking for care. Immediately after the ultrasounds, and before getting my blood drawn, we were sent into the room to discuss our decision (IVF or IUI) and to discuss payment options. We told the doctor during our phone consultation, and during the examination that we aren't making any decisions until we receive test results. He either didn't listen, or didn't care to respect our wishes. All they want is money. Since then: - We didn't receive our test results in a timely manner (I called multiple times and never received a call back) - 2 1/2 months after our appointment we were called, and they asked again if we made a decision. I told the representative that we still hadn't received our test results. Miraculously, after speaking with her we got a call back with our test results. - This week someone from the front desk called asking if we still were interested in a new patient consultation. I told her we've already been to the office, received testing, and I've already told the clinic we won't be using their services. Clearly there is horrible record keeping practices there. This clinic needs better customer service. They also need to be more sensitive to their patients and realize they're humans first, not just a dollar amount. Please be more organized, and treat your patients with kindness and sensitivity. It will go a long way. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THEM "leeches IVF- Although they pretend but they want you be successful in your first attempt, then they persist you go for donor eggs. Thru have no transparency in any stage or process, where your embryo go , you have no idea, let alone how carefully they process them or keep them , everything thing will go fine until the day of transfer, the language of this piece of shit doctor was, "don't bother coming they are dead" that was his exact choice of words. But there is no refund, he didn't even complete our care but demanded 13k more to do it again plus 4K for medicine. They charge you 18k and still ask for 700 for Anasthesia. This is the most important review in my life. Probably, if you are looking into fertility clinics- you are just like me few years ago. Trying to make dream of your life come true. Well, my baby boy is 3 months now. Healthy and so happy. All thanks to Green Valley Fertility Partners and Doctor Fish. I had 3 rounds of IUI in Red rock fertility center. In 3 months of going there I understood how much "bed side manners" play a huge role in such a tricky situation as infertility. From the moment I called GVFP everything went so smoothly. Dr Fish called us personally and we spoke for about 40 min. He explained what will be the procedure with IVF. And everything to the "T". All the stuff were so pleasant and very supportive. I conceived from the first round of IVF. All the process was smooth and easy. And yes bedside manners are very important. I felt like an important patient, and not like an another wallet with money. They monitored me until 9 weeks, after which I was released to a regular obgyn. I will never forget that moment, when few days after procedure Dr Fish called me and told me I am pregnant. We then took a year off to give my body a break and decided to start back up in 2022. We did a round in March and thankfully found out it worked and now we're expecting our miracle baby. We did follow our ERA calendar and that could have been the difference but regardless we're very blessed for him and his staff. Green Valley Fertility Partners needs major improvement in customer service and refund practices. After 15 years of hoping for a pregnancy, we went through the IVF process with Green Valley Fertility. My husband and I paid $4,500 for an add-on genetic testing package that we ultimately did not utilize. The IVF process unfortunately ended in a lost pregnancy in February 2023. We were just beginning the grieving process over the loss of our pregnancy, when we contacted the practice manager Ivy Jackson on March 22, 2023 to request a refund for the unused genetic testing fee, she assured us we would receive the funds within 30 days. It has now been over four months and we have still not received our refund despite multiple attempts to contact Ivy. When we do manage to reach her, she is sarcastic, rude, and makes excuses for the delay. She is now trying to deduct charges from the refund amount for services we were told by Dr. Fisch would be included with no additional fee. Despite our negative experience with the refund, the medical staff at Green Valley Fertility were amazing, kind and comforting during our care there. The doctor and nurses showed great empathy and professionalism. We would highly recommend Green Valley Fertility Clinic for their medical care, if it were not for the refund issue we have been having with Ivy Jackson. The clinic's failure to honor their commitment or respond appropriately, especially from Ivy, is causing immense emotional pain during an already devastating time. and this issue with the refund is making it even harder for us to process our grief and move forward. Everyone in this office is extremely AMAZING!!! You will be so relieved just in your first consultation. Dr. Fisch went through everything inside and out with my husband and I. He put us at ease, in our first visit. And made sure to answer all of our questions even to explaining the system in which doing the treatments for whatever was needed. When we meet with the financial consultant, Ivy she was very understanding. She our reservations, our fear, our excitement, our hopes, n dreams. Anything I needed they had for me at a moments notice. I BECAME PREGNANT ON OUR FIRST TRY!!!! Once I became pregnant I was having discomfort from my ovaries and I needed an emergency ultrasound and they had me come in that minute. Everything was fine, my ovaries were just enlarged from my meds. Regardless they wanted me to come in right away to triple check. I feel everyone cared about the success of our pregnancy as much as my husband n I. I couldn't believe I became pregnant with my first child, on our first try!!! If searching for a fertility center, this one I highly recommend. Over the last 3 1/2 years I went to 3 fertility centers in this town and this one is by far the best. Upon entry it's a way more boutique feel than other clinics. The waiting room at other clinics were packed like a nightclub and every time the phlebotomist would come out and call my name multiple other girls would jump up because out of a waiting room of 30 couples there was always another few Lindsay's. Another thing I loved about this clinic was the billing department. At other clinics I kept getting billed months even years later for covered appointments. Some would be included in the ivf package, some billed to an old insurance, some denied for untimely filing, all billed to me causing hours of phone calls. Ivy and the billing department at green valley fertility were amazing! Another thing I loved was the doctor was very straight forward and knew what would work and what wouldn't. I wasted 4 months at other clinics trying 4 rounds of iui when I'm 40 years old and have a blocked fallopian tube. Dr. Fisch took the time to review my chart and tell me he didn't recommend trying iui anymore and saved me months of time and money. He won't out right say no if you advocated for yourself and do research and come up with suggestions but he'll always let you know what his expertise has proven to work in the past and what hasn't worked and in my experience he was right every time. After 3 1/2 years of fertility treatments we are proud to announce with the help of dr. Fisch we are 10 weeks pregnant today with a baby girl and are so thankful for everyone at this clinic! read more

The doctor smells like cigarettes and was smoking outside before he came in to do my ultrasound... 2nd they are all about money as the doctor sits there with his Louis Vuitton and Gucci items... I had to sell and do anything I could to save money for IVF. I left this clinic after that ultrasound and went some where that wasn't about money and cared. I was 36 years old when I first came to see Dr. Fisch after being disappointed with another fertility specialist in town. By then, I had tried for about three years and I had two miscarriages. Things were bleak. When I spoke to Dr. Fisch his confidence amazed me. He was prepared, he knew his data, and he was confident that I would get pregnant. Dr. Fisch does ALL his ultrasounds--when he is doing the first examinations, when he is counting your follicles, checking if you are pregnant etc. He has good bed side manner. He does not give you false hopes. He is very honest about your chances and what things mean, but he informs you in a compassionate way. I like Dr. Fisch because he is with you every step of the way. He does not have someone else do the ultrasound and then come in thirty minutes later or call you after reviewing the results. HE IS THERE. His office is organized. His staff is very supportive. I am afraid of needles and the nurses held my hand when they would put in the IV or take blood out and were sensitive to that fear. They are honest about their prices and have a great financial manager. If I had late night issues with the fertility drugs or injections, Amy was always there. I was able to get pregnant and had my little girl in January of 2021. I went to see Dr. Fisch again and we are pregnant again and are due May 11th. It is a difficult journey that can seem like a rollercoaster ride, but you are in good hands if you go to Green Valley Fertility Partners. read more

Now many people enjoy reviews that go into great detail of every aspect of the experience, but there are just as many people that prefer that a review simply gets to the point. So I am going to appease both. Let's get started. Dr. Fisch and the rest of the staff at Green Valley Fertility Partners (GVFP) from the nurses, finances, embryologist, front office, and anesthesiologists get five stars for their medical proficiency, compassion, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. My wife and I went to GVFP slightly apprehensive, but after our first in person meeting at the office we were out at ease and actually optimistic. One thing the staff did to reinforce this feeling was how they made each of themselves so easily accessible. We were able to text with the chief nurse, Amy, when we had a concern after office hours about our medications. Another example was how Dr. Fisch took our phone call on his cell phone during Thanksgiving dinner when my wife had a concern over a fever. To say the least, they always went above and beyond to make sure their patient is at ease every step of the way. These examples are not exceptions, rather are the norm at GVFP. I highly recommend to any one reading this and contemplating going with Dr. Fisch to stop hesitating. Go with GVFP. They produce results and are a joy to take this journey with. read more

I cannot recommend Green Valley Fertility enough. We struggled with infertility for years (ectopic pregnancy that took one of my fallopian tubes, the ovary assigned to the working tube wasn't really producing eggs, low egg quality and quantity, and of course advanced maternal age). IVF was our last chance and I was terrified. I was terrified of the procedure, the hormones, the emotional toll and of course the cost. However, Dr. Fisch and his staff put me at ease. Dr. Fisch is kind but straightforward. He is also extremely knowledgeable. At first my eggs weren't responding to the medication so he adjusted the dose and timing and it worked. I know other doctors would have just cancelled the round but he refused to do so and this is where his knowledge and decades of experience paid off! His staff is also amazing. They all know you and are part of your support system. If you have questions they are immediately available. I emailed Amy a question and my phone was ringing 30seconds later. Look IVF is an emotional rollercoaster but Green Valley Fertility goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable every step of the way. The only regret I have is not going to them sooner. If you're on the fence about IVF just do it! If you're trying to decide which company to go with - choose Dr. Fisch! I was so comfortable because of green valley fertility that I started to open up to people about doing IVF. I found another coworker that was struggling with infertility and referred her to GVF. Referring people I know is the greatest compliment I can give. Also, us women really need to be willing to open up about infertility. So many struggle with it. You are not alone! read more

Today I just graduated GVFC! After being at another clinic RRFC & coming here I really see the difference in taking care of patients! GVFC is very on top of things! Dr.Fisch is hands on with all his patients & takes care of you at every appointment. He's very straight forward & honest. No beating around the bush. Marie & Mallory have always been pleasant & makes checking in & making appointments so fast & easy. I've never been on hold like at other clinics. Ivy took care of me when it came to billing, she even worked on her vacation! She did everything possible to make sure I was covered! Amy is great at making sure I always had my meds and was on top of everything! Leah was always there to make me comfortable and get me ready for the visit! Lindsey was always on top of making sure I had doctors notes etc. the staff is always on top of their game I emailed them and surely get a response in minutes. I'm currently 8 weeks & 4 days pregnant with the team! This was the best fertility clinic I have went to in Las Vegas. They moved so fast and gave me a calendar to help me be organized. My wife and I (both 37) first went to a different fertility specialist in Las Vegas that took our insurance. We got all the way through the beginning process of blood work, HSG, semen samples, genetic testing, etc. before they told us that to start IVF we would be transferred to their surgical center which, surprise surprise, did not take any insurance at all. We felt very betrayed that we were not informed this to begin with. My wife was initially hesitant to see a male doctor but we called Green Valley Fertility Partners and were immediately impressed at the personal attention we received. It took a few weeks to get the process started. My wife loved Dr. Fisch and quickly got over her concern of having a male doctor. He answered all of our questions and did a great job of walking us through the process. Our insurance covered everything and there were no surprises. We went through two rounds . We were successful on the first transfer. After the first round did not produce a viable egg Dr. Fisch changed my wife's medicine and the second round produced 3 viable eggs. My wife is currently pregnant. Dr. Fisch and Green Valley Fertility Partners were great and we will absolutely return for our second child. read more

As a 3rd time surrogate, I only came here for an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy. I brought my 5yo b/c it was no school day. Had it been clear over our many phone calls and emails "children aren't allowed", I wouldn't have brought him. When I got there, they said he could stay in the managers office while I had my us done. I was not happy about that bc I don't know anyone of them. But whatever that's the policy. I checked on him and waited to get undressed until time got closer for the doc to come in, as I was about to get undressed, they bring him to me! Like WHYYYY put me through the separation and anxiety just to end up bringing him to me. They said they have a strict covid policy where children can't be around yet they don't check temperature or ask the questions. Then why not stick to your strict policy?!?! I canceled the rest of the appointments. The doctor was great but the staff and the manager Ivy was horrible, they all had such an attitude about everything. I would've loved to cancel that appt immediately but I'm a surrogate, it's not for me. I'd rather keep making the longer drive and go to FCLV. read more

Long overdue review but well deserved. I was a patient of Dr. Fisch for a total of almost 2 years (with breaks in between). With that I got to know the staff well and they are truly wonderful! Each and one of them made me feel comfortable which is important during the treatments. Ivy helped us make our dreams come true by working with us with any financial questions and paperwork. She was always available for any concerns. Amy always made sure I got my schedules, appointments, & prescriptions without any problems. The nursing staff knew how to make me comfortable from lab draws to check up. Finally Dr. Fisch. He is wonderful. He NEVER gave up on us even though there were times I wanted to. He was always hopeful that it was going to happen for us and it did!! We are expecting our baby girl in 5 months! Ever so grateful to you and your staff. I was going to wait and give them a 5 star review at the end of our journey but when the credit is due , credit is due ! We started IVF journey with LVFC in 2022 and it didn't take long before we realized that the clinic was all about the Benjamin. Every test was scheduled individually to maximize HMO reimbursement and right off the bat we were told 2 rounds of IVF are needed. I have so much to say about them but this is about GVFP and Dr Fisch and not a venting season about our prior experience! We had a phone consult with Dr Fisch and he answered EVERY QUESTION we had ! He was hopeful for one round but express potential for second round. We scheduled first in office visit and we were sold ! Bedside manner 10/10 , attentiveness 10/10, empathy 10/10 ! Then we met Ivy and Amy ! You are going to see those two names in almost every review and here is another episode of their awesomeness ! We are going through a second round as I'm writing this review and these two have done more for us than anyone we have come across during the one year long journey ! I'm talking colleagues into having kids just so they can meet these two at some point haha. Amazing ! Anyhow ! IVF is a mentally exhausting, emotionally draining and financially expensive procedure and having a supportive and caring team makes it that much easier to go through! Lot's wrong here. Added a 2nd star just because we did not actually go through with picking this clinic. The customer service bit is missing from this clinic. There was confusion on their side about when our consultation date and time were more than once. During the consultation, Doc was very confident but does not have the staff to support all the things he said. He also did not leave room for us to voice our concerns just talked over us. After the consultation, there was supposed to be a call from a financial advisor and we never received that call. Once emailed to ask about it, we got no response. Again, for a pretty cocky doctor claiming to be the best in the Valley, his staff's professionalism did not help him drive that message home. May be great with great results, I personally will never know. If I am going to spend thousands of dollars to start a family, I want to go with people who can get dates and times correct as well as have some follow through. read more

So my fiancé and I started our journey in February of 2020. We did Reciprocal IVF. Which means we took my fiancé's eggs and put them into me. Ivy was amazing helping us with all of our insurance information and any questions we may have had. Dr. Fisch and his team were so kind and made us feel very comfortable. I'm happy to say we found out we where pregnant on the first try at the end of March!!! We now have a beautiful little girl that was born December 4th 2020. Has taken me months how to write this- but I figured I would give a shot and just write at this point. Before GVFP I had 'interviewed' with over 5 fertility doctors of which I couldn't get answers from at one point I ventured out to doctors in Utah. I happened to find Dr. Fisch (via Yelp) and read the reviews and thought you know I will see what he has to say. The short version of this: the man knows what he's doing - he doesn't sugar coat things and make promises, he actually tries and works with you. Every patient is different and there is no one magic pill and going into this one must understand that. The long version to this is: Dr. Fisch and his staff is what has now allowed my husband and I to expect our first in less that two weeks. We have tried to conceive for over 8 years. Its a trying situation, and an emotional roller coaster. The meds can be expensive, you at times will want to give up and try to understand why things are not working. But I can assure you Dr. Fisch is doing the job. He takes his time if you have questions, he works with you - he doesn't BS you, he explains patience is key in this process (something I am terrible at) and provides realistic answers. Words aren't enough to express my gratitude. Being pregnant now I sometimes feel its a dream but to know that Dr. Fisch and team (Leah who exemplifies empathy and enjoys her what she does) is beyond measures.
