After three failed IVF rounds at Nevada Fertility Center, we knew we needed a change. I ended up getting second opinions from two other clinics, and both agreed that I had been overmedicated. They were also surprised I had undergone ovarian PRP twice, since the research really doesn't support it. I was even told that being on Omnitrope was likely unnecessary in my case and ended up being an added expense and extra injections I didn't need. The doctors here are nice people, but the approach felt very old school to me. Before getting outside opinions, I asked Dr. Foulk if I could try a mini-IVF protocol, and instead of being open to it, he discouraged the idea and started pushing donor eggs pretty quickly. The biggest frustration, though, was the staff and communication. It often took forever to get calls back, receive documents, or get help with basic issues. I learned very quickly that if I actually wanted something resolved, I had to physically show up in person. There were also multiple mistakes along the way, including prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy. Trying to get the right person on the phone felt nearly impossible at times. I've since moved to a clinic in California, and after just one IVF round there, I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant. Obviously everyone's experience is different, but after everything we went through, I genuinely wish we had switched clinics sooner. I am so thrilled to finally be able to write this review for the best doctor's office I've ever encountered. Apologies for the longggg review but I feel like it's completely necessary for the incredible staff and experience we had here. After 5 and a half years of struggling with infertility and this being our fourth fertility clinic, we are FINALLY pregnant with our miracle thanks to Dr. Levy and the incredible staff at Nevada Fertility Center! I'm SO glad I filled out the form online and came here. Our first initial meeting with Dr. Levy was a year ago back in January 2025. Dr. Levy walked us through everything and explained that our journey would take a bit longer because of my medical diagnosis and was upfront about absolutely everything, including percentages of the likelihood of us walking out of there with a baby. He was also the only doctor I've ever had that talked to me about diet and exercise as well and the importance of it with IVF. Both my husband and I were very impressed after meeting him and really felt we were in great hands with him (which we were). We did IVF through them and did two egg retrievals, one canceled cycle (due to me ovulating too early on my own) and one successful transfer! Through every step of the way, Dr. Levy and the staff was absolutely incredible. Our egg retrieval coordinator was Leah and she was outstanding, always answering questions and helping with everything, even when I emailed her after hours or even called after hours. She made the entire process so much easier. Our transfer coordinator was Yohanna and she was just as amazing. She kept us updated on everything and again, answered every question. If she didn't immediately know the answer, she checked with Dr. Levy and got back in touch with us so quickly. Even the girl that did the blood tests, Gracie, was so sweet. And the front desk women though their names are escaping me at the moment are outstanding. Shannon was amazing with our ultrasounds, too. When we graduated from the clinic, I cried because I was sad to not see this incredible staff anymore. That's how much I actually enjoyed coming here. IVF is stressful enough and having a doctor and staff that actually care about your wellbeing and care about your journey is SO refreshing. Everyone knew who we were every time we came and we were always greeted so welcomingly. I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about this clinic and cannot recommend them enough. The professionalism here sucks!!! Be aware you will be on the phone for hours trying to get ahold of someone. I've never had a doctor's office not get back to me, especially with time-sensitive treatments!! I was told to call the office asap once my cycle started to get started on some meds and I only had 1-2 days. No one picked up the phone or got back to me and it's been over a week. I've called over 20 times and left a couple of messages. Beware of this facility and their staff. They will never get back to you! I'm still waiting for someone to call me back and it's been well over a week. Find another center if you can, especially a medical team that understands time-sensitive treatments. I missed an entire cycle and now it's a cycle wasted since no one was able to get back to me. read more

Be ready to get you patience tested here. It takes about 10 tries to get anyone on the phone. When you call, you listen to hold music for 10ish minutes before you can leave a voicemail. But even if you do, they don't call back. So then you have try again when you have time to wait on hold. It's a frustrating cycle. To me, responsiveness and communication is essential. Especially when undergoing something as important as fertility treatment. I had 2 consults with Dr. Rheman, he took his time and seemed knowledgeable, and I had my labs/imaging done here but I will not be returning for treatment. UPDATE: took me over a week to get a response to my records request, and I had to leave a vm on the manager's extension for a call back. I explained to her that I had the pdf results that were in my patient portal but was looking for better quality images from my HSG, SIS, and ultrasound to share with my new doctor (they're small on the pdf, 6 per page). Manager said they'd be able to upload them to a usb if I brought one in. So I buy a drive and leave work to go get them. Once I'm there she tells me it's the same pdf report I already have. So essentially I bought a new thumb drive and drove across town for absolutely no reason. Again, lack of communication. Was considering getting my monitoring done here, but will do my best to avoid this place. read more

I began the screening process as an egg donor and was interviewed by a "3rd party coordinator". This was the first center that I interviewed with, I have since interviewed with a few more places and feel more knowledgeable about the process of egg donation. Two concerning things occurred during my interview: 1. My coordinator was not forthcoming of any risks associated with donating eggs. No informed consent. 2. While going through my medical history and my family medical history, my coordinator tried to fill in the blanks of certain aspects... for example: x was taking pill 1 for a less serious reason than it might sound on paper. I got the impression that we were trying to form my history to conform with the rules of being an egg donor. That experience left me pretty horrified with this process and business in general, but especially with this set of clinics located across the US. read more

I'm an out of state patient and have local friends who went through this clinic with good results. We're doing R-IVF. My friend did say that the clinic was hard to get ahold of sometimes. However, They don't return calls or messages for several days at a time. In this type of field, timing and communication is pertinent! They need to hire more people if they can't handle the patients properly for the amount of money we are spending here. I've gone to fertility centers in the past and this one is by far the worst with communication. They have our money ( we're paying out of pocket) so we have to go through with this now. Nobody answers their phones! It takes them 3-5 days to reply on an important question in the portal. They do not update you on any test results and any plans or steps to take. No guidance nothing at all. They just let you watch a video. I understand that as a patient, i should be proactive but i am as proactive as i can and i still get no effort from this office. I tried calling the landline but nobody picks up, i sent messages in the portal and no reply, 3 days now! When you go their clinic and have an appointment, you still wait longer than expected. Nevada Fertility Center is the reason I am currently experiencing a healthy pregnancy. Dr. Foulk and his entire team are absolutely incredible! I mainly worked with NP Kim and RN Chelsy during our fertility journey which included one round of IUI and one round of IVF. Went in as a donor, the person who was helping me get into my appointments would take forever to respond to me and to confirm the appointments. I was told I wouldn't be charged. Again went in on my own time to donate, not expecting anything in return. Long story short I can't be a donor and now they are billing me $1,700.00. I posted about having issues with communication and follow thru at NFC as an outside monitoring patient a few months ago (I was an NFC patient prior to this year but had to switch to a clinic in California due to my condition). I wanted to update my review and make it known that they have made significant improvements in the last 2 cycles I've had with them. This means a lot to me as a patient to be heard and felt like my dissatisfaction was taken seriously to make improvements in their practice. Like I said before, I loved everyone there when I was a patient of their clinic and felt that in these last 2 cycles they treated me like I was still a valued patient of theirs (even being an outside monitoring patient at a diff clinic out of state). Happy to report I am 10 weeks pregnant from a different clinic but NFC played such a role in getting me there by coordinating bloodwork and ultrasounds with my new doctor. When I told them I was pregnant, there were so sincerely happy for me and still continued to guide me thru the process. I am so grateful for their assistance and support. If you're considering NFC, I strongly recommend reading recent reviews. I chose them based on their success rates and SART data, but my experience was disappointing. I wish I had looked at Dr. Levy's success rates at Tripler prior to choosing him as my doctor, his success rates at his previous clinic were 34% less than 35 years old. During diagnostic testing, I had a painful endometrial biopsy and repeatedly called the clinic with no response. I later learned from a former employee that staff listened to my voicemail, mocked it, and deleted it. I had to demand to speak to Dr. Levy to finally be seen. I should've walked away then, but I trusted him and continued with IVF. I had 14 eggs retrieved, but less than half were mature, and only one embryo made it to transfer--which failed. Dr. Levy's follow-up was dismissive: "you can just do another cycle." A second opinion from another clinic suggested I was triggered too early, which could have impacted my results. The clinic felt like a high-volume fertility factory. My retrieval happened on the exact predicted day, but with 8+ retrievals in one day, it's hard to believe protocols are adjusted for individual patients. Staff frequently confused my diagnosis, educated me on conditions I don't have (like PCOS), and once even gave me another patient's embryo report--dismissed as a "new employee" error. After reviewing gold standard treatments for endometriosis and transfers, I was not treated appropriately so no wonder my transfer failed. A laparoscopy is gold standard and best practice for treating endometriosis with a modified natural cycle. I was placed on a fully medicated cycle which reflared my endo, so no wonder my transfer failed. I was medically mismanaged at several steps in the process. IVF is expensive, emotional, and deeply personal. In my opinion, NFC prioritizes volume over patient care. What may have once been a top clinic now feels impersonal and rushed. read more

This is our 2nd IVF clinic in Las Vegas. We had success on our first ever transfer over 3 yrs ago at another clinic. We went back to the same clinic and tried 5 more transfers to finish our family, but the protocols were always the same, and we had no success. After going through all of our embryos, we decided to change. I was hooked after my first interview with Dr. Rehman. He had a whole plan for what else we could try, and he was sensitive to the fact that we had five failed transfers. Our NFC retrieval resulted in the same number of healthy embryos 3 years after our first. We had a failed 1st transfer, but made a huge pivot with additional meds and protocols for the 2nd transfer. We are now 16 weeks pregnant. Yohanna is an amazing and responsive coordinator. Same-day call backs. I did have to figure out her direct line to avoid communication issues after the messaging system went down, but other than that, the clinic and staff have been excellent. They worked around my schedule as much as possible with appt times and days (which can be intensive with IVF), and always made me feel comfortable. Great experience. Highly recommended. read more

SIRIM is actually the third fertility clinic we have been to here in Las Vegas. The first clinic felt like a used car dealership, pushing all of the expensive treatment options without even knowing our financial and physical situation. The second clinic was filled with a fabulous nursing staff and administrative office but when we finally met with the doctor (for all of 5 minutes), it was downhill after that. We attended the SIRIM fertility seminar this past February (a brilliant idea that no other clinic offers to my knowledge) and it was beyond insightful and left us with warm and fuzzy feelings of optimism. We scheduled our first appointment and met with Dr. Johnson personally on the very first visit. He sat with us for over an hour discussing our options, we sent him my previous fertility testing results at a later date which Dr. Johnson personally called me to go over. The level of care shown in such a sort amount of time is truly remarkable. Dr. Johnson and their team has made us feel so comfortable, cared for and generally important as their patient, I am beyond impressed. Our first IUI is coming up so I will update this review after our full experience has occurred but so far so AM. 3/8/20- 4 IUI's later and not preggo YET, but the staff's continuous support and positivity makes our journey that much more manageable (emotionally). After 3 years of trying to conceive, me and my husband decided it was time to take the next step of seeing a specialist. Within minutes of meeting with Dr Foulk I felt reassured and optimistic that we were in fact going to get pregnant and have a baby. His whole team is amazing. They truly understand the love and patience that us broken patients need. They will hold your hand every step of the way, calm your nerves when needed, and explain things in a way to where you will understand. THEY LIE - They recommend the genetic test, and since it isn't covered by insurance, we will have to pay out of our own pockets. We paid and got it done. 2 months later, we received a bill of $10,175.00 ; Called my insurance, came to find out, my insurance does cover DNA tests, just not the company Nevada Fertility Center "recommended". - They insisted we go through the tests we already did before, they said it will be covered by insurance. I said I will do it after you confirm with my insurance that they will cover the tests. I don't want any surprises, they said okay. A month later, we were hit with over a thousand dollar bills... of course, they are hands off, we left to fight / pay the bills. NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE - After reviewing the bloodwork, my 2nd and 3rd opinion fertility doctor and Fertility Acupuncturist both suggested that I have PCOS, they both suggested I go through further tests to confirm and be treated before IVF for a higher successful rate. I called the Nevada Fertility Center, discuss it with them. They said the doctor doesn't look at those tests, so they refused to order the tests, but they sent me the steps to move forward with IVF. I went to my primary doctor and got the tests done, it is confirmed that I have PCOS. If I don't treat my PCOS first, I would be wasting time and money on IVF. TERRIBLE FOLLOW UPS - We had to call again and again to follow up, if we get lucky, we will get a call back a week later... no joke, it has been so stressful, we decided not to go with this doctor, the people who run the show need to be fired. IT IS A SHIT SHOW. NO COMMUNICATION -They never call to let you know what's going on. -We receive multiple confirmations for different times of our appointments for the same day? We tried to call them to find out exactly which day and time they had confirmed for our appointment, but they never called us back.... So we had to guess our appointments... We loved all the staff at Nevada Fertility Center. Their customer service is the best. From front office to back office, phlebotomist, medical assistants, doctors, coordinators and everyone we interacted with always had such a positive attitude. We decided to go in since I had 2 miscarriages and I had a really bad experience with my previous OBGYN that was no help at all. My husband and I wanted to do IVF but I was pregnant and not aware. We still did a lot of test and they scheduled me weekly until my 9 weeks. Thanks to them I found out I had thyroid issues and they prescribed me medication the same day. Whenever someone shares with me or my husband that they have been trying to conceive and haven't been able too we always refer them to NFC. read more

This is the WORST place to go if you are considering fertility treatments! There are many reasons why I wouldn't recommend this place. Reason number one is that this place is all about making their money. Prior to making our appointment, I confirmed with their financial department that this center was indeed an in-network provider with my insurance and they assured me that the most I would have to pay is $50. After two failed fertility treatments, I was billed for my first two visits in full. When I called to inquire about the bills, they stated that my insurance was never in network with them and I was responsible for the full amount; which was almost $300 for just a video consult. Not only did we pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for our fertility treatments but literally months after the failed attempts, they notified me of this unexpected bill. The second reason why I would not recommend this place is that they treat you like you are a number. I should've known not to continue further with this place after our first failed fertility treatment. This is because the coordinators do not follow up with you. They don't call you to clarify any medications nor do they provide instructions. I had to contact the office multiple times to even get instructions on how to take my medication. Although I am a nurse myself, I would still expect a medical provider to provide medication instructions especially if it's a medication I've never taken before. After the second failed attempt, Dr. Faulk recommended that my partner complete additional testing, so, we did (while also paying for these tests out of pocket). No one bothered to call us about the results or even tell us what the next steps were. We had to contact them for the results. Infertility is already a difficult thing to navigate through, and this place did not help. I feel like all they did was take our money and waste our time. It's hard enough to find a trusting provider that doesn't seem like they're just in it for the money but this place definitely takes the cake when it comes to deceitfulness. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone seeking help to expand their family. read more

Dr. Sher & Dr. Foulk are the best at what they do. I was especially happy with Dr. Foulk's quick assessment and adjustment of Cycle 2 protocol as compared to the first cycle (which was disappointing). His changes netted excellent results. The nursing and administrative staff are wonderful as well, especially Kimberly Ealy, whose endless patience, knowledge and support helped me get through this extensive and expensive process. Everything was nicely explained from procedures, calendars and medicines to the business aspect of things. Though time with Dr. Foulk was limited sometimes (seeing to all his patients), I always felt like I was left in good hands as his team is very hands-on and communicative. I was with them for about 8 months and it was the worst experience of my life. I got pregnant two times with them and I lost both babies because they failed to be honest with me. My first pregnant ended due to my slow rising HCG and they knew it wasn't going to survive and failed to tell me. My second pregnancy ended due to the failed to help me with my progesterone. The blood work showed that they knew all of this and just didn't care. When I was in office trying to talk to them they literally only cared to have the conversation about money. Didn't care that I lost TWO babies with them. They made me cry more than once and were like stone cold when I was suffering. I am currently pregnant because I found another clinic who didn't treat me like a number and actually took the time to figure out what was happening. All along it was my progesterone but these guys don't care. All you are is a number to them. Save yourself the heartache and look for a different clinic because these guys are not it. Awful experience there. I was told I needed a referral form after my doctor had it faxed over aBout two weeks ago. Unfortunately I came in without it, my mistake. Then I was told I could email it right after the appointment when I got home. Perfect. Then I was told I definitely needed the form after filling out all of their new patient information. I made arrangements to get a copy sent. It was in their email within 5 minutes. Then I was told that it's just too late now and we'll have to reschedule. My whole afternoon was wasted, I took the afternoon off of work, and I lost a couple hundred dollars and I have nothing to show for it. Thanks for wasting my time. read more
