Very typical trampoline park, but overall nice visit. We were there for a birthday party and it was very straight forward getting checked in. There is a special area for party check-in, which made it easy because the line to get tickets was nearly 20 people deep. Birthday party was perfect - there was a host that made sure everything was ready and on-time, which was always a concern from previous experiences at our kid parks. Food - pizza was hot and delicious. I'm not sure where it was from, but it was good. This place was packed and there wasn't many visible employees, which made it the wild Wild West in the park. The only reason for four stars was because the bathrooms were so bad that we ended up leaving because my 3 yr old refused to go inside. I am comparing this to another trampoline park. It was more expensive. I think around $23 for an hour. The other place was only about $12 per person. They had designated area for smaller children (46") and the parents were not allowed in there... Then the smaller children then were not allowed on the larger trampolines. I understand. But I also don't understand how I am supposed to watch my child (2 years old) when I am not allowed in the same area and if I go jump she is not allowed to jump with me. So why did I just pay $23 for myself when I can't even jump. They allow people who aren't jumping onto the main area with regular shoes, which leads to the trampolines collecting a lot of dirt. It's a great place for 5 year olds and up but not for toddlers. But I will be returning again for the toddler time on Tuesdays. So grateful this place is here. We got the all you can jump pass, and my kids want to go all the time! Great for dreary/cold/rainy days when you can't play outside. Steve, who is the owner or manager, is so nice! Most of the staff is great - some interact with the kids which is a major plus. In the beginning, some of the teens who worked there just wanted to stand and chat with co-workers. This seems better now. Parents/guardians can do a better job of making sure the tiny ones aren't running all around when the bigger kids are flipping. At times, it can be scary. I witnessed a toddler coming within inches of running into a girl flipping. One day, a little one jumped in the pit and refused to get out. Lots of kids were waiting and watching. Then, that same kid starting jumping into one of my kids on the trampoline there. I highly recommend the special Toddler Time where they have free range. The little jumpers area is so cute! Even my bigger kids want to go in, but it's just for the little ones. Dodge ball can get pretty rough in there. Older kids sometimes peg other kids in dodge ball, so someone should be standing there and monitoring. I keep thinking about a boy that was pegged in the face. I didn't see who threw it, but I asked him if he was okay. Why not 5 stars? The check in process can take a long time. My kids have asked if there was a "fast pass". We waited 20 minutes once because there was only one person at the desk and large groups of people who had lots of questions. Having more staff would help tremendously- at least 2 behind the desk when it gets busy. Also, more on the floor would be great. Although it's hard to predict and call up staff at the last minute when the weather isn't the greatest. Thanks to those that interact with the kids, as they are really great! read more

Could be soooooo much better. They have people on staff with whistles but it's just constant rudeness from kids and their parents. Hardly any of the things available to do were actually being used for their purpose. No lines and we spent 10 minuets walking around while other kids jumped in front of us. My 5 year old was getting extremely annoyed because he knows to take turns and to follow to rules. Sort of sad that a good and not cheap but time was ruined because nobody can follow any rules or have any kind of common courtesy. Probably won't come all the way here again. read more

Really fun place to take your kid to get out some energy. The only complaint we have is that the bathrooms were disgusting. Our son wouldn't even use the restroom and he's not usually picky. It wasn't that busy and we saw multiple staff members not having a lot to do. read more

Get Air State College - Trampoline park - Trampoline Parks Near Me - State College, Pennsylvania

We were happy to see Get Air come to State College last year and we have visited about a dozen times with our 2 year old. This is a great place for toddlers because of the designated "Little Air" area. On nights when the traffic is lighter, she is able to explore the main floor. The staff is mostly teenage kids so they don't always pay as close attention as they should when older kids get into the Little Air area, but they are usually within speaking distance if you need to get ahold of them. The check in process definitely is slow and needs to be more fluid, but overall I can't recommend this place enough for parents. read more

The park itself is fun but the front desk and checking in is chaotic every time you go. You have to spell out every person in your parties name multiple times before they get it right. Also the counter space is very limited so it's crammed and noisy so the workers can't hear you. If they could streamline the check in process it would be an easy 5 stars. If you go show up 20 minutes early because they're gonna cut into your jump time with the tedious check in. read more
