This was our first time taking my 4yo to sky zone. I was hesitant because of older kids being there but we had a blast!! We were able to use a Groupon which made the price very affordable. I love the bounce house because it is enclosed, meaning I didn't have to go in and worry about my little one exiting somewhere else. Even with bigger kids there, they were very aware of the little ones jumping. While that may not always be the case.... We were lucky to have that experience. Pros - this is a great place to let the kids run wild and burn energy. The inflatable bounce area had obstacle courses that are fun for all ages. Now the cons - the place is very worn down. The big adult size obstacle course is missing some of the handle bars and other parts have tape on it. For how expensive this place is you'd think they would replaced some of these worn and torn areas. For me, my husband, our 5 year old, and 1.5 year old it was $115. Just for 90 minutes. Socks are included but that is very expensive for a family with small kids. Overall it was a fun experience but way overpriced. read more

I left a review several months ago saying that I canceled my grandkids membership through the portal. Three months later and they are still billing me. I have left numerous messages for a manager to call me with no response. Tonight I called and asked to speak to a manager, he said, you got one. I then asked him for his name and he would not give me his name. He said, you can't cancel through the portal, you have to come in. I said, there is a link on your website to cancel through your portal he said, they changed that. Then take it off your website. Plus they canceled one grandchild membership but not the other, so that doesn't make sense. He then said, this is above him and he was going to call his general manager immediately and have him call me. No reply from him either. Whoever the blonde lady that I am assuming the manager is very rude. My friends and I wanted to go have a fun time which we did at first, but that changed very fast. I was greated with an​ amazing smile as I walked into skyzone by the the wonderful crewmember Erin. He is very kind and even put on a bluey costume to please the customers. I was also greeted by two employee's named Molly and Domowah, they were kind and had a smile on their face the moment I came into the park. The court monitors were also very watchful and mindful of my kids, one of their names were Grayson and he treated us with care. We went on a Friday before the glow time.. it wasn't very packed which was nice and the kids love all the different areas they can play.. the staff is friendly and seems to keep the kids from not getting too aggressive in dodgeball and jumping into the foam pit.. there is so much to do that 60 minutes in the kids are tired with 3o more minutes to go! The price isn't that bad at $25 for 90 minutes.. they also have a membership but we aren't as committed to coming quite yet! Great place to wear out the kids and seems to be pretty clean! read more

From a parent's perspective: Many rules, can't hear them explained due to loud music. Can't do this, not allowed to do that but not exactly sure what. Working in the orthopedic field, most of what I see around me makes me cringe and wish people would just be more careful. This place must be any pediatrician and orthopedic surgeon's dream-come-thru. First time at this location and I have to say the place was filthy, you could tell it hasn't been routinely cleaned in a long time. We went in the morning for little leapers right after opening and there's no way it had been cleaned from the previous day or possibly even week. Floors we're filthy, tables dirty, the "toddler area" had trash, small pieces and even water bottles/caps laying around that kids could definitely choke on. The small kid play tower was soooo gross on the inside, trash, dirt and built up filth in the corners. It took all I had not to start scrubbing it down myself. My kids socks were black when we left. Sky zone used to be our favorite place to go. Two years ago, we had a yearly/monthly jump pass and would go weekly. We had gone in awhile this past year from being busy and no longer having our passes. However, for Christmas this year my boys got some gift cards and we finally made it back. I don't know WHAT happened there in the last year, but this place is NOT what it used to be. The trampolines are completely worn out. It feels like you're going to bounce into the ground, there's no elasticity anymore and most of them need replaced. In all of the years of going there, they still haven't renovated or changed the layout and half the courts are always closed down because it's for dodge ball only. What a waste of space, cramming everyone into one small place to jump and now you can barely even jump because of how worn out the trampolines are. The inflatable room used to be awesome and it was our favorite spot to play hide and seek. But going in there last night, there's brown marks that look like poop splatters covering the entrance to the park. The inflation is essentially gone down over the whole thing and it feels like you're sinking in quick sand and not buoyantly running across the inflation play area. On top of everything else, EVERYTHING there looks dirty. The steps were covered in crumbs and god know a what else, the jousting sticks in the joust pit literally had a layer of gray dirt covering the entire padding, the railings were dirty and this place looks RUN down. to add to all of that, as if I end could, they now are only open 4 hours a day. We arrived at 6:40 and I asked for an hour jump pass - they no longer sell them!! So I asked the girl what to do and she said "come back tomorrow" I literally said wtf??? $25 for a jump pass is now your ONLY option to jump there anymore. I'm actually shocked at how crappy this place has become as it used to be our favorite place to go. Extremely disappointed and now I have $75 in gift cards for there that I have no idea what to do with. read more

What a waste of money. Don't come unless you want to pay to watch your kid jump while you get sidelined. There's nowhere you can go to jump with your kid at all. We had 3 kids too small to be left alone and one adults wasn't enough to watch them alone. No workers at obstacle courses stopping kids from playing on them so you couldn't go through without waiting or telling someone's unsupervised kid to move. Lockers where broken had to wait online to pay. Again after waiting at waiver station and check in which took over half an hour. This place is not family friendly at all. You have waivers; why can't you jump with your small kid? Why isn't there a separate area for toddlers? Came here on vacation and we won't be coming back. read more

This dude named Leo was being very rude and he was saying this is my court so go on this team or you are not allowed to play even thought there were 5 on each side. When it comes to cool places for kids and teens to hang out, there are few places that make the cut in my book as genuinely great. SkyZone in Mechanicsburg is an awesome place for good, wholesome fun for the whole family, young and old alike! There are usually two massive courts open for everyone, one for free jumping and one with a game of dodgeball going on. There's a foam pit with three lines for jumping in, and there's three basketball nets of different heights for more challenging stunts. All in all, as an adult, I enjoy going there with my Little and I just recently went there with my family for my niece's birthday. Most of the time, there's plenty of opportunities to be doing something (though it often involves some waiting to get your turn). I'm happy for places like this location, as it employs a lot of local high school students who (for the most part) do a decent job of keeping the peace and managing the chaos of hundreds of people, big and little. That said, it does feel really overwhelming at times and it really depends on who's working whether or not lines and turn taking are enforced. As an adult, I've found myself stepping in and helping little kids set up lines to make sure the older kids in particular aren't cutting and dominating a station at the expense of everyone else. I'm glad that teens have a safe and supervised place to hang out in the area, but they do at times make it challenging to be there with small children. I wouldn't expect anything else from teenagers, however because so many ages are there at the same time, the staff really does need to be on the ball at all times to keep things fair and under control. Snacks aren't majorly overpriced, though it's a little silly that a bottle of water costs more than a slushy - don't expect healthy food options at the food court! My body will hate me the next day every time I come here, but the memories I have with my family and friends make it worth it every time! I highly recommend giving it a try! read more

This place is amazing! I went with friends several years ago and had so much fun. Now I take my 4-year-old to Little Leapers and she thinks it's the best place in the world. (The little kids get the whole Sky Zone trampoline park to themselves on Friday mornings.) There is so much for them to do! My daughter loves jumping on the trampolines of course, climbing in the jungle gym, jumping in the foam pit, and playing in the giant inflatable zone. They even have an arcade, snacks, and nice bathrooms. They have bleachers where you can leave your shoes when you come in. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean. They allow strollers for the little ones. Even though the waiver you have to sign is terrifying (they assume no responsibility if anything happens), the place seemed very safe. She loves it. We only wish they had a membership for Little Leapers so we could go every week! read more

I'm a Youth Pastor in the area, and I took a group of my students to Sky Zone this past Sunday night (April 22nd, 2018). Madison was the staffer behind the counter that helped us, and she was AMAZING! I made a point of communicating this to the Manager on-duty at the time, too. She went above and beyond to make sure the group had a good experience, and even offered to take care of food and drink for a non-jumping chaperone who was with our group. Last note: I'm a self-confessed germ-o-phobe. While we were there, it was GREAT to see the staff cleaning off the trampolines not being used with disinfectants, and even cleaning the dust of the netting around each jump space and the padding. My daughter and I took my grandson to the "Baby Shark Event". He was so excited. The staff was friendly and so helpful. There were plenty of areas to play some with hula hoops and balls. We are new to the area and we enjoyed our time at SkyZone. We purchased the Elite+ membership. We were told at the time that we would receive a free drink-including icees, and a snack that would include pretzels or popcorn. We went a second time and were told that icees were not included in the free drink and that pretzels and popcorn weren't either. We still enjoy going and the kids have a lot of fun. I pay monthly for 5 memberships to jump, I brought my family here bought 4 drinks and asked for a refill of water and was told it was $1.00. I didn't want a new cup, I didn't want a bottle of water, just strictly tap water to refill my cup and was denied. What establishment charges for tap water?! The drinking fountains are sealed off but they want to charge for tap water out of the soda machine?! That is insane. I asked for an email address to email the owners and was denied that information. We had my eight-year-old grand daughters birthday party here today (Sunday, February 3). This was our first time going to SkyZone and was the only place she wanted to have her birthday. I have to say that they really know how to cater to kids and adults as well! Alexa was our party hostess as well as checking us in at the front desk. She was so helpful and wonderful with the kids. We couldn't have asked for better. I cannot jump and my daughter just had knee surgery so she could not jump either. There were plenty of places for us to sit and watch the activities. I literally have been calling to request my membership to be canceled since September. I notice my account charged again. I decide to go in for only the manager who was rude to tell me I needed to fill out a request form in person to cancel. She and the register girl proceeded to roll their eyes and say no one ever reads the agreements. May be true but I completed the registration at the front desk. They could not pull up my agreement that said that. They could not pull up the voicemail I left just the other day. They would not reimburse me the two months the stole. I did not want to continue my membership after the experience I had that day. Dirty floors, not enough staff for safety, sold me expired food not once but twice. I told them and only until I said you can't sell expired food did they take them down. If I didn't say anything. They would have kept it there. After today's exchange with Amanda that was the nail. She told me to go a head and post my reviews on google Facebook but she was not reimbursing me. Not one call center told me I had to go in to cancel in person.
