I hadn't been here in a couple years until today. Some things they've added since opening years ago has been more padded seating for parents & massage chairs! They're great! This is a nice place to have in town for kids during inclement weather on cold, rainy, snowy or even really hot days, I just hope they can fix a few things: Their speakers aren't all working like they used to, the foam cubes should really be replaced Or put in pillow cases...some of them have been covered. The ones that aren't encased are so deteriorated that & it gets in your eyes & pieces get all over your clothes. The slide area is closed because there is a tear in one trampoline... I haven't really thoroughly explored more than that other than the bathroom, which wasn't terrible. Hopefully the slide gets fixed since it gets used a lot during toddler time & the music. Oh my. I'm from out of town. This place was really ghetto, for lack of a better word. Dirty, broken equipment. No food, no music, no fun. I wanted to spray down my friend's kids with Lysol when we left. That said the kids, 5 & 7 had fun...but dang. The staff was standing right outside the door smoking cigarettes...there were adults just laying around in the foam square pits. The foam squares were like half eaten, falling apart and stained. Went today for Toddler Time what a great thing to offer to the younger kiddos. The price was great and after moving from Hawaii to Iowa and getting use to being locked in for the next few months this will be great. Haven't been to this location in four years and well you can tell it has taken a beating from kids. The foam pits need attention, the wall heading to the kids slide has a hole punched in it and the drywall dust and chunks are still sitting there. The employee at the counter was friendly and greeted us promptly. The rest of the areas were clean and in decent condition. However I think it's time to order some new balls or decommission some of them. We are going to return for sure for toddler time just some advise to fix. Also someone needs to clean the restrooms the mens restroom was rough today doesn't look like it's been cleaned in some time. read more

What a fun place to wear off some excess energy! I brought my two boys on a Wednesday afternoon. There were only a handful of other kids since it was only 2:30 in the afternoon. Wednesday is student discount day. 20% off. Since it was the first time my boys had been there I had to buy jump socks (socks with drippy rubber on the bottom) at $3 a pair. So the discount basically paid for the socks. I purchased 2 hours of jump time for both boys and socks. It was $40. Without the discount it's $13 for 1 hour each person and $20 for 2 hours. There were lots of different areas to jump. There was balance beams, obstacle coarse, basketball hoop, dodgeball area and a foam pit with a monitor you could watch yourself jump. There were benches spaced all around for non jumpers to sit and watch. They had music going which was loud but not obnoxious. It was a mix of current music as well as classics from 80s and 90s. They had an enclosed area for children under 46 inches which the bigger kids are not allowed to go. Staff members walked the jumping area similar to lifeguards to make sure jumpers were being safe. The jump area was clean and well maintained. Overall it was a fun experience for my kids and they can't wait to go back. I was hoping there would be some sort of discount card you could buy to help with the costs but I didn't see anything. They do have gift cards available. They have birthday party rooms and group rates for parties. We will be back. read more

Great place for kids! Many options to play on. I came with a group of 6 kids and they all had a blast. I was surprised by the number of children there. It was a bit overpacked. Perhaps because dodgeball area was closed but they should have planned for that. Definitely would come back. read more

Kids had fun, thank goodness...but.... It definitely needed to be cleaned up, outside, inside and definitely the bathrooms! Service was ok but could have definitely been better. And the foam cube areas either lacked them or had chunks missing outta them. Hopefully this can be cleaned up and taken care of better cause we definitely need places like this for the kids. I was disappointed in this location especially compared to others I have been to. And especially for the money I paid. read more

Equipment is torn and worn. Torn nets, ripped vinyl equipment and furniture. Carpet covered walls are torn. Needs to be update.

I was super disappointed in this Get Air location. A couple of the obstacles in the obstacle courses were broken/missing, foam blocks were missing from some of the pits, the mats were filthy, and when you jumped there would be hair/dirt/dust/pieces of the foam cubes/etc. would fly up into the air. Additionally the bathrooms could have used some attention. I imagine when the place originally opened it rocked but it's like nothing had changed or been cleaned since. Bought a 2 hour jump pass but barley stayed and hour. read more

2 stars because out of all the workers, only one girl actually supervises the jumpers! The rest of the workers just space off or talk to each other, meanwhile kids cut in line, and jump in a pit when the other kid hasn't gotten out yet! I'm also seeing babies and toddlers in the back where big kids are jumping pad to pad! Really?? read more

Well you should go there because of how fun it is there is dodgeball and exsedra activitys with nice refs which would be Kenyon Riley Abi Madison Veronica and others as I am one of there best costumer and if you treat some of the refs nicely you might end up on that refs list and you will be free 3 hours for a month and If you are lucky they might keep you on for the next and a possibility on the next and more read more

Our daughter wanted to have her 14th birthday party here and as a first time visitor wasn't exactly sure what to expect. I will say it was overall a very good experience and the girls had fun. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to the time we scheduled for the party package and upon arrival they told us the table would be ready shortly if we just wanted to wait a few minutes for them to finish getting it ready. Our host took us over to the tables, showed us where we could keep our things, and got us checked in before the other guests started arriving. The pizzas arrived as scheduled, but we received one that was other than the cheese we had ordered. They immediately contacted the pizza place next door and we had our replacement pizza within about 20 minutes. Additionally, we were able to keep the pizza that we didn't order as it was the fault of the pizza place. Anyway, the staff was helpful and the girls had a great time. read more

We had our daughters 12th birthday party celebration last weekend at the Waterloo, IA location. I must say that I am very disappointed in our party experience. We received no greeting from staff upon arrival. Just wandered around carrying cake and supplies until we found our table with our daughter's name on it. After standing around for a while and after the kids started to arrive, I asked a staff member what we were supposed to do. We had read in our party package there would be someone helping us. She said that she was helping the party next to ours but that someone should be over to help. When a young man finally came over he introduced himself he checked in the kids and got them socks. He stated that our pizza and drinks would be arriving in an hour, and he left. No general instructions for the kids, we had no idea where the bathrooms were. An hour and a half later (30 minutes past our pizza time) and after going up to the counter to inquire and being handed two two liters of pop, and the excuse that the pizza place called and were running late, we finally saw our "host" who dropped off our pizzas at the table and went back to his job of watching kids on the floor. I saw him one other time when he handed us the tee shirt he forgot was included in the party package. Upon paying I was asked if I wanted to provide gratuity to our host, for what I am not sure. We will not recommend this party venue to anyone, for $225 party for 10 kids the service we received was very poor! We will gladly drive to other establishments in Cedar Rapids (Air FX or Sky Zone) and pay less money and get a far better experience! read more
