What is this thing? Kids stick in it?

Oh my. I'm from out of town. This place was really ghetto, for lack of a better word. Dirty, broken equipment. No food, no music, no fun. I wanted to spray down my friend's kids with Lysol when we left. That said the kids, 5 & 7 had fun...but dang. The staff was standing right outside the door smoking cigarettes...there were adults just laying around in the foam square pits. The foam squares were like half eaten, falling apart and stained. Just no. It's bad.

Went today for Toddler Time what a great thing to offer to the younger kiddos. The price was great and after moving from Hawaii to Iowa and getting use to being locked in for the next few months this will be great. Haven't been to this location in four years and well you can tell it has taken a beating from kids. The foam pits need attention, the wall heading to the kids slide has a hole punched in it and the drywall dust and chunks are still sitting there. The employee at the counter was friendly and greeted us promptly. The rest of the areas were clean and in decent condition. However I think it's time to order some new balls or decommission some of them. We are going to return for sure for toddler time just some advise to fix. Also someone needs to clean the restrooms the mens restroom was rough today doesn't look like it's been cleaned in some time.

What a fun place to wear off some excess energy! I brought my two boys on a Wednesday afternoon. There were only a handful of other kids since it was only 2:30 in the afternoon. Wednesday is student discount day. 20% off. Since it was the first time my boys had been there I had to buy jump socks (socks with drippy rubber on the bottom) at $3 a pair. So the discount basically paid for the socks. I purchased 2 hours of jump time for both boys and socks. It was $40. Without the discount it's $13 for 1 hour each person and $20 for 2 hours. There were lots of different areas to jump. There was balance beams, obstacle coarse, basketball hoop, dodgeball area and a foam pit with a monitor you could watch yourself jump. There were benches spaced all around for non jumpers to sit and watch. They had music going which was loud but not obnoxious. It was a mix of current music as well as classics from 80s and 90s. They had an enclosed area for children under 46 inches which the bigger kids are not allowed to go. Staff members walked the jumping area similar to lifeguards to make sure jumpers were being safe. The jump area was clean and well maintained. Overall it was a fun experience for my kids and they can't wait to go back. I was hoping there would be some sort of discount card you could buy to help with the costs but I didn't see anything. They do have gift cards available. They have birthday party rooms and group rates for parties. We will be back.

Fun place for kids to play! We were visiting and it was raining so we decided to find a warm place inside to place. The kids loved jumping and running around here. This would also be a fun spot for a birthday party.

Never has this ever happened in any other establishment. We also had 2 birthday parties there that both went great! The party hosts are proper hosts, super helpful and attentive. If you are a parent of young kids you know how crucial having that help is. All the staff knows my son by sight and are always welcoming and really tolerant and patient with my AuDHD son who constantly runs into every place he isn't supposed to. We feel like family here. I haven't gone on a hectic day (intentionally) so I can't speak to the rule enforcement on those days, but I can say that I have seen the strictness vary depending on the vibe, age, and amount of kids there. I appreciate this because it's annoying to have to parent other people's older kids around safety if they are being too rowdy around the little ones. They're all still just kids, though! The only improvement they could make is adding a slide or 2, but maybe that is in the future! Who knows! The most important thing to me is the intention and advocacy I have seen in management. Keep it up!

(Parents included) The service and team members were wonderful and friendly. I would highly recommend for your event or just a fun family friendly night out.

Why employers allow employees to be on their phones is mind boggling to me. I guess the only help you can find for cheap is zombies now. I had to hunt them down to ask them for the kids each time and they were bickering over who should have to do it, then they gave them only a few jumps before shutting it down. The dodgeball area has a couple of deflated volleyballs and 3 dodgeballs, as if you could play a game with that amount. The arcade games have all been jacked up to ridiculous prices. Who is going to pay $1 to play Galaga? Get real. I didn't get any food, but I already can tell you it's going to suck. The reason they don't get 1 star is because the cashiers were nice and the ninja course is still fun, but I won't be back.

Pricing is on point. Registration is online and painless. 2. Class offerings are fun and at convenient times. I sometimes worry we push our kids into being super serious at sports earlier than we should? I don't get that vibe at Synergy. 3. Convenient, just off the interstate NL location. There's a plethora of parking. 4. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly. With a good mix of seasoned coaches and younger athlete coaches. 5. Safety first! Since a lot of kiddos that take classes there are not able to be vaccinated-- they require masks, regardless of vaccination status, for all folks inside over 3 years old. Honestly, this is the most efficiently run kid's activity I have ever witnessed. There are like a dozen groups going at any given time and your child is ALWAYS active. I'd recommend as a parent, but most importantly my daughter would as a participant, too!

I regularly attended a gym where we competed at top level, and this gym is not that. I went in thinking this was an actual "gym", not just a playground with babysitters. It is sad to think that gymnastics has devolved to this, with overworked employees screaming at children trying hard to learn things they have not internalized, but this is the world today.

I've owned two Noltings. A midarm and then a Longarm. The midarm had basically no issues. I had to…read moretime it at one point and call the service line but it was an easy repair and quick response. (I quilted about 20 quilts on it in a year and a half.) Then I upgraded to a Longarm wanting the stitch regulator. I purchased from a prior dealer and liked the midarm so I assumed an upgraded machine was even better. One day, I went to do a quilt and forgot the bobbin. (Simple mistake.) It threw the timing off so I went to fix it. It would not fix and I did it over 20 times. I submitted a ticket but also asked on the Facebook site. A gentleman contacted me and said my machine had a known issue where a part would become loose that would prevent it from timing correctly. He told me where to find it, I fixed it and I timed the machine. Three quilts later, I'm basting the bottom of the quilt and the timing goes out. Ok...? I go to time it and it won't time. I tighten that same spot that I was told about and then it times. I was almost done with the quilt at that point but then it started making a weird noise. (Like trampoline springs.) I couldn't figure out where it was coming from and long story short, asked the same gentleman that had helped me what I should do. He said to contact Nolting so I did. Nolting said to send it in which isn't easy. (I live in TX and they're in IA.) I was told the area I was talking about was supposed to be so tight, it wouldn't come loose. (Lol...yeah right.) I packed it up, they sent UPS a pickup request and the machine headed that way on 11/4. It arrived on 11/9. I called on 11/15. No call back. I called on 11/21 to check the status and was told the machine had just been placed on the bench to be worked on. I said I'd like a call once it was completed, the woman said ok and then I heard nothing for a week. On 11/29, I called again. A few hours later, I got a call that it was finished. Even though my machine is covered by warranty, they only honor that if parts are replaced and none were in this case. Shipping was $300. Repair was roughly $280. I did tell the owner I plan to buy a different brand after this experience with them. As ironic as this is, she said to be careful of warranties with other brands. Needless to say, I'm selling the machine (once I get it back - a month from when it went in). I will never buy Nolting again. By the way, forgetting to load a bobbin should never result in having to send the machine in. Ever. Timing being off, yes. Major repair, no.
