Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! The original build we did with this company included them adding cooling fans. Unfortunately the cooling fans were improperly installed. They were all connected directly to the power supply instead of the motherboard, so they run 100% of the time. Because of this improper build, one of the fans is already gone out.Even though my son willing to pay for the service, $295 is simply unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that my son was treated disrespectfully on the telephone. I can no longer recommend this location and will be looking for other computer services in the area. Really a shame.

Once he was here, we asked him his opinion on two wall switches in a different room that were not working, and he stayed longer (while I ran to Home Depot for new toggle switches) to fix both of them as well for just a little more added to our total. The fan install was a little more difficult than Ted anticipated, and it was an insane night in our home as well (my husband's car was at the shop and he needed it for work the next day so we had to get that taken care of while Ted was here working) - I'm sure he thought we were nuts, but he was very gracious and understanding about everything! The end results look great, and I am SO happy our light switches are working again - all of this was done for a third of the cost we were quoted by someone else to just do the install and paint the office ceiling (we ended up doing the painting ourselves anyway). We will definitely be calling on Ted in the future for all our other electical needs - he is knowledeable, quick, and neat. Thanks, Ted!
