Faryn is more than a physical trainer. She does it all! She has worked on improving my eating habits, my sleeping habits, my exercise, and she does it all with such consistency and dedication that is like having a personal cheerleader. We meet twice a week at my home and do strength workouts and 3 times a week I do cardio on my own. I love her strength workouts. She uses things in my house to make me do some of the most challenging workouts I have ever done. She sometimes brings her own equipment to the workouts. She keeps them challenging and fun! The next day after a strength workout you know EXACTLY what part of your body she is helping you with. This has to be my FAVORITE part of the workouts. Knowing that my glutes, abs, arms, thighs, etc. are hurting means that Faryn is working on helping me reshape those areas and I LOVE it. I used to do cardio (interval running) all the time. Since Faryn started training me, she changed my cardio so I workout for less time and it is way more efficient, challenging, and way more productive than before. I have been training with Faryn for almost 2 months and I have lost weight every single week. I am leaner and I started using clothes that I have not wore in years. I am a Dallas Fire Fighter that has been a gym rat and Crossfitter for years. I signed up to train with Faryn after having a discussion with her about nutrition and fad dieting. She had a long consultation with me about what motivates me and specific goals that I wanted for myself. I wanted to keep my strength but lose some bulk and trim down, and I admit I was skeptical that it was possible. Faryn walked me through, in great detail, how to eat clean.
