The street right next to this is a cobblestone street and it quite the ride if you know what I mean. Then of course it sits on busy West Liberty Ave. Unless there is a lull in traffic you may wait a while to exit this whether you go to the light or not. The lot is kind of horrible. It's dim lit even during daylight hours and kind of just drab from the outside. The lot, where the pumps are not located, is pock marked with potholes. The typical Pittsburgh potholes that can consume your vehicle. Inside doesn't seem much better. The dreariness of outside seems to continue inside. I really didn't look at much as to what they carry because I have a feeling that it's going to be exactly the same as any other gas station/convenience store in the area. Really looks like they might want to invest in some update to tech in here. Payment systems seem to not work making for a long line for the one remaining register.

The streets of Pitt down here in the South part of the city are often deserted late at night, except for a few people coming in and out of the late night Pizza place (Fiori's) and the bar next door to it. If you are one of those people in this spooky silent hilly cold city (which I usually am because Fiori's rocks) then this gas station will serve you well for late night convenience store and petrol fuelling needs. It's pricier than a lot of the stations in Pitt, but then the whole city has overpriced gas in general, so that's not a big deal. The fact that it's open and available in an area where there's not much gas and not much open, is more than enough to earn it 3 stars.

The fuel pumps are pretty standard and if this was a normal gas station, I'd have nothing to really say about it. But like I said, there are drinks for sale here, and the ability to pick up beer and wine is pretty fantastic! This place even carries 6 packs that are hard to find at most beer distributors. Food-wise there are rows of bagged snacks, a cold section with Giant Eagle sandwiches and meals, and a custom order station similar to Sheetz. While the food is usually good and the beer sales a great perk, the 3 star rating unfortunately comes because there are never enough people working here to keep things moving quickly. All of the staff are perfectly lovely and good at their job, but every time I visit here, there is only one open register and a line that practically crosses the building waiting to check out. This Get Go could seriously benefit from studying when people visit and adding staff to shifts accordingly. Despite the limited manpower, I'm a regular here and will continue to be so. Some things in life are worth waiting for, after all!

Staff seems like they are annoyed you ask them anything and if there are lines, it seems like it takes forever. The store is not well kept, especially the bathroom and parking lots. There is a small seating area both inside and outside but they are both usually littered with trash. All that being said, the one place we've never had an issue is the made to order food. Our orders were always accurate and made fresh. Not a well run location, but I will likely visit again just because of proximity.
