While I was there I was treated like my purchase was important to them. I mostly worked w Z but Sam and all the others were so kind. There was a little pulsating in the steering wheel when I applied the breaks. Z said no worries we will take care of this. I bought the car right then and then took it to my mechanic. Saw a few little minor things and I told Z and he sent me the money to repair. Not only that , I had then to take the car to a notary that was a few miles away and the notary also said how wonderful they were to deal with. Good guys she said. I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car.
