The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. They were very efficient and quick. They were also very polite. The hunks part is explained on the pic of the truck that I posted. It was a very nice experience as far as moving goes and pretty reasonable w the price as well. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends. I was combining households with another family member so we were working with having to fit my furniture into her existing home and they were able to make it work which I thought was going to be impossible! The day of the move, around 9am, I texted with them and again confirmed that they were coming. Around 9:30am he said they'd be running about 20 minutes late (which happens, no biggie). From there, I never heard another word from this company. I was left sitting at my storage facility, looking like a fool, with absolutely no one to help me move into my house for an hour and half before I gave up. I called them 24 times with no call back and I received no text back. They clearly decided today wasn't a fun day to move and left me HIGH AND DRY!!! They weren't even considerate enough to even make up a lie, like, "hey, we broke down, etc." This is the behavior of a petulant child, not a professional....or even a grown man. This ended up costing me about $1k over what I had budgeted for the move. I had zero way of getting my fridge, washer/dryer, and essentials moved. Don't even consider reaching out to this company.
