My first two experiences here were AMAZING, I enjoyed myself everyone was fun, light hearted, informative and not to mention i loved my lashes. The owner and the young lady (who was an apprentice at the time) were talking about my eyes and lashes as if it were science. I was pleased to hear such a conversation bc they really knew their sh*t. Anyway, after my lash break (i have fine hair so i have to take breaks) they were booked so i went somewhere else. After this other place gave me the worst set, i came here abruptly to get new lashes bc i knew they could get it right. WRONG. I don't know who homegirl was but she didn't even ask me what look i wanted or what I was going for or to see a photo. She said "lets get started" i said "no i have photos to show you" I showed her a photo of the lashes i just had and HATED (super curly D's ) and I showed her what i wanted (pretty flat lash with a slight curl). She gave me a CC.. which was still too curly.. , IDk, maybe I'm really hard to understand when i say "i do not want a super curly lash", so I asked her to take them out. I was disappointed but not pressed or mad. During this process.. she got the remover in my eye and it BURNED LIKE HELL, she had to guide me to the utility closet to rinse my eyes bc I couldn't make it to the bathroom. On top of this ... they still made me pay. Pretty ballsy for a company with no terms or return policy. Bc we all know as under California law, merchants are required to clearly post their refund policy unless they offer full cash refund, exchange, or store credit within seven days of the purchase date. Failing this requirement, customers may return goods for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. But suing isn't my thing, especially for minority owned business. Word of mouth and karma will suffice. So my last experience with them will be just that, MY LAST EXPERIENCE. read more

I'm so glad this place finally has their own location. I was so happy to know their salon has all their items they sell online in-store and do lashes in the same place! The salon is so cute! Very girly with a touch of glam. The bathroom is clean and smells fresh. There are 5 beds available. A front desk girl that greets you when you walk in. Candy dishes & a mini fridge stocked with water. Get Lashed LA does the best lashes hands down! Ive been coming to them for years. Not to mention, my lashes last forever. They don't fall out after a week. I can come in once a month for a fill. You can book appts online or in-store. Ladies don't hesitate, this is the best place to come for lashes. I don't usually leave reviews, however I am SO disappointed with the service from this company I'd like to save someone else the trouble. The technician was extremely rude over the phone on my way to the appointment. It was my understanding that the appointment was a 2 hour slot, so when I told her I was running late and would be happy to pay a late fee, she canceled my appointment and told me she would charge me the full amount. Out of a TWO HOUR appointment I was 20 minutes late, I still had an 1 hour and 30 minutes left and she said that wasn't enough time so she would still charge me the full amount. She said she had better things to do with her time lol from reading reviews, Stacy the owner sounds lovely unfortunately I didn't get to work with her. My appointment was with Kay. Product Review. I purchased products from here for a while already I noticed the past couple of months the products have been changing. They messed up a couple times on my order but I wrote them and they mailed it out within 2-3 days later. But, my biggest thing is the glue I used to have such good retention and I feel the last 2 purchases it just has been horrible. Also I been noticing a lot of redness in my clients ever since switching to her primer the clients been complaining about stinging so I did a practice test and notice it did burn and smelled like pure alcohol. So I got a cup and squeezed the primer into the cup and got a lighter and sure enough it caught on fire! Extremely flammable ! And that is not notated! I still have 2 more back up primers from Bella lash and another from my school both I did the same test and it did not flame at all! I been following this IG for a while seen the glow up and all, but noticed the bigger the name got the cheaper the product got. I reached out to a couple of lash techs to find out they are having the same issues and realized it's time to change. As for the lash trays my last order the hairs were stuck and will peel off in chunks and the base had a lot of residue on it from the sticky part. They were cut unevenly and the first 15-20 hairs on each row were chopped. It sucks to write this review but I feel like if your purchasing here be cautious. The primer is over priced alcohol and the glue and lashes have lost what they used to be. read more

Really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately had a really bad experience from the beginning. And the end - was what topped the whole experience off and I had to leave a review. I call last week to get a "fill" - making the appointment seemed pretty easy, the lady took my information over the phone and scheduled me. As soon as I arrive, they ask if I've ever been there before, which I haven't, and they told me because I'm new I have to now start from scratch and do it as a normal appointment, rather than a fill - which was $180. I was already taken back, but figured let me just try it out. I then later find out that they put me with the apprentice, which is why it even took longer than normal - without even telling me that either. All good. I paid, they looked pretty nice, and I left. 5 days later, and almost all my lashes are off! $180 later and just after 5 days - they are almost all off. I call to let them know to see if there is anything they can do for me, and the owner was extremely rude and unsympathetic, and told me there is nothing she can do and just made excuses. Horrible customer service from beginning to end. Not only did they not warn me that I am unable to get a "fill" unless I've been there before, but the work was not good as they ended up falling out, and the owner clearly does not care to keep her customers happy or around. I wanted to like this place sooo bad, as location is great and scheduling is a breeze online... but alas, after TWO tries with (Talon I believe her name was) this place is overpriced, disappointing and a bit trashy. If you are getting your lashes done, be prepared not be greeted or even smiled at, lay on a rock-hard folding table with your eyes taped shut, one foot away from another girl whose getting the same procedure, with technicians talking about soap operas, sick with colds, talking about guy problems and (!!) crunching Doritos in your eye all while you are paying $160-250 for the worst eyelashes ever. I asked for wispy, showed pictures and got drag queen, straight across, stage eyelashes! Really bad experience, good luck with them! read more

The location is cute, welcoming and very well thought out. The artist who was referred was Kassandra. She was extremely nice and very informative. Not only did i learn so much from her she listened to my needs and got it right the first time. I didn't have to tell her to fix a thing, which is rare because I am a very picky person. The attention to detail and cleanliness was impressive. I left very happy and satisfied. (Side note... I even enjoyed my bathroom visit. They had women's feminine toiletries available for your personal use. It was so girly and cute. Overall I definitely felt I got my money's worth.
