I have been to Victoria several times now for a lash lift and tint. My eyelashes look amazing! I almost never wear makeup when I get this done, when normally I wear mascara and concealer since my typically brown lashes and dark circles wash me out. This treatment makes them look dramatic but natural, and lasts almost 2 months. I tried extensions once and it wasn't worth the time and expense. Also Victoria is very cool and down to earth. I got a lash lift and tint for the very first time and I'm sooo happy with the results. It was absolutely painless. I had no eye irritation after. I was really scared that my eyelashes would uncurl the next day but 3 days later they're still doing great! I've showered, washed my face about 5 times since I got the lash lift and the water has not affected them one bit. You do have to keep them dry for 24hrs but after that you're good to go. My friend purchased the LivingSocial deal for the both of us - it was my first eyelash perm, eyebrow wax, and glycolic peel haha. The whole thing took an hour. It was a good experience... Victoria made me feel very comfortable. I couldn't see what she was doing (of course) but she explained the steps to me and answered my questions such as "how long will the perm last?" I was definitely satisfied with all 3 procedures I had done. Took off a star because services are done in a little corner of the store and behind a sheer curtain... When I was there, I don't think I heard any customers coming in, so it was pretty peaceful, but I think more privacy would be nice. I thought that the service was good, but honestly I don't really have anything to compare it to - I'll leave it at 4 stars for now. I didn't look at the products in the store, so I won't be reviewing that. I was told they are on the pricey side, though? As other reviewers have said, this place might be hard to find... I am in love with my lashes! I forgot to take a picture before the treatment, but these are my lashes with mascara. Believe me when I say my lashes were super straight and I had to curl my lashes in a 3 step to make them stay & only use waterproof mascara even then they would start falling a little. To Amber J... I had a similar experience! I had purchased 3 vouchers from Livingsocial, and eventually realized we weren't going to be able to use them all, so I gave 2 of them away. When we were ready to use the final one, I was surprised to see that it had been already marked as used, while the other two were not. I contacted Livingsocial, and they contacted Beauty Box, who claimed that there was no mistake, that particular voucher had already been used. After calling Beauty Box directly, the woman I spoke with insisted over and over that she doesn't make mistakes, until she of course realized that she had in fact made a mistake by marking off the wrong voucher as used. A completely understandable mistake, and it wasn't a big deal, but I was surprised at how hostile they were. After finally acknowledging she had made a mistake, the woman I was dealing with then pointed out that the voucher expired on June 6th, but they were booked past that date (and this was also apparently my fault...). She said that she would go ahead and extend it to the end of June when they were less busy. That seemed perfectly reasonable, so I agreed to that. She placed me on hold, and then.... And then a woman claiming to be the owner picked up the phone and started in on me about how they never make mistakes, this was my fault, I had 6 months to use it, and I was out of luck. Unbelievable. I hung up on that nonsense and immediately called Livingsocial back. And just like Amber's experience, they were spectacular. They were horrified at how the merchant had treated me and immediately refunded my money, plus a small credit for the trouble. And I heard back today that the person with my other voucher had been trying to get ahold of them for the last week or so and cannot reach anybody. Fantastic. In a horrible, horrible kinda way. UPDATE: You can tell from the owner's comment that, aside from being factually incorrect, she has absolutely zero idea how customer service works. She doesn't address the fact that HER company made the mistake, and that when her employee eventually tried to rectify it, she chose to intervene and YELL at me. Everything is the customer's fault... your company's inability to properly gauge demand and plan accordingly is the customer's fault. Your company's inability to keep its records straight is the customer's fault. And so on and so forth. Clearly all of this is this particular customer's fault, and the fact that other people, both on this site and elsewhere, had similar experiences is probably my fault too? Get real. read more

Okay let me start out by saying my eyelashes SUCK! They are thick and short and point directly downward which makes them INCREDIBLY stubborn even to the most advanced eyelash curler. I have had no choice but to rely on strip lashes. ENTER VICTORIA an absolute WIZARD!
