The manager, whom is very nice and always helpful, not only sold me the coils but , as always, he changed them for me in 2 of my SMOK BABY 2 devices. I'm too afraid to do it myself and they have No Problem with changing them for me! When I first walked in though, I saw the store owner doing something so amazing to me, since I'm very new to vaping! He was actually building some sort of chamber for a customer, whom I believe is a regular. His unit , from what I heard was an older one and very big! What amazed me was that it had like 6 or 8 tall small coils that the owner actually had to wrap wire around each one and , I think but not sure, put cotton around? The whole process was naturally Very time consuming and Very Technical! It was VERY INTERESTING!! Anyways, I wanted to share this because I wanted other people to know about how knowledgeable these guys are and how serious they take their work as well as how much they really go out of their way for their customers.

I came in to have my nose piercing reinserted after removing it for an MRI. From the moment I…read morewalked in, the owner was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude. I explained that I had removed the piercing for medical reasons, yet he accused me of lying about when I took it out because my nose closed so fast. What concerned me most was that he dropped my expensive piercing on the floor, couldn't find it and tried giving me a cheap gem. Another employer kindly helped and luckily found my piercing but when i thought things couldn't get any worse, he tried to put it back in my nose without sanitizing it. I could see all the dust and dirt from the floor on my piercing when he was aggressively trying to put it through my nose. After being unable to reinsert the jewelry, he gave up and still wanted to charge me for "trying." There is no excuse for being disrespectful and unprofessional to customers.

Also he tries to charge a fee for using your card in the store, but it is not posted that you will be charged a fee and how much the fee is. Another thing the food products in his store that is run by him and his wife are all OUT OF DATE! DO NOT BUY FOOD THERE!!!!! Also he will never give you a receipt. Unless you ask for one. And when you do get one the things you buy are never listed on the receipt. EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS A LIGHTER THAT YOU PURCHASE. So in case you ever wanted to return anything......good luck with that.
