I went to this one and decided to get their opinion if they could do it. When I went in a friendly nice blue eyed girl greeted us. I asked her if she could pierce my helix. She said I think so. She asked guy behind desk and he came up to me and looked and said yes we can. He also was friendly and pleasant. Basically everyone in the shop was helpful and friendly. I wish I never spent my time or money here. I came in to get my boyfriend a gift for his birthday. The manager sold me a vape pen and accessories for 125 dollars with the knowledge that this was intended to be a gift. He said nothing of "no refunds final sale etc". Of course it's marked up at the shop but when I can find it online for less than half that price I decided I gotta go back. My fault for not doing research before hand. Going back to the shop the next day I was denied a refund and they pointed to the no refund sign "all over the shop". One is propped up where you need to look up to see. Bogus. The manager never told me verbally and the receipt doesn't have it written down. They were "kind" enough to make an exception and give me store credit. I was then told "you don't have to spend this all at once" Fast forward a couple months: Maybe their policy changed because when my boyfriend went back in with said receipt they told him he has to spend it all in one visit. THESE ARE HORRIBLE BUSINESS TACTICS. At this rate I can only assume they will go out of business from stupidly marked up prices that no one but suckers will buy or the terrible service or the bad ethics ... probably all of the above. Came in the last couple days, the first time I came in I was with a friend so I didn't bother checking in. He came in to see if the employee who sold him his vape setup could assist him in getting the atomizer put back on the vape tank. Apparently he's only had his vape for 3 weeks. He shows the vape to the guy who sold it to him and the guy immediately jumps into defense mode trying to shift the accountability to my buddy. "You must of sat on it. You dropped this didn't you? etc" He assured the gentlemen he didn't sit on it and told him to inspect the vape for any visible damage for proof it has been dropped or banged up. The employee examined it not seeing any visible markings and looked puzzled wondering why it broke off. I get the need of not wanting to comp the vape or accept a return, but he was totally trying to make my friend admit to breaking the atomizer off. Things didn't get ugly, we kept it chill and the employee whipped out his alan wrenches trying to move the atomizer into place. They were able to get the situation resolved without giving any sort of refund or eating any money. Made it in the following day solo with the intension of just purchasing some incense sticks. Walked in gave a separate employee a friendly greeting of hello to get ignored. Grabbed some sticks of incense and threw 10 on the counter for a total. "$2.16", the guy says. Shuffling through my wallet looking for a couple bucks I see quarters as change for it. I whip out the credit card and hand it to the guy. "We charge an extra dollar if your total is under $10." Looking around I don't see it posted. It's a dead giveaway at that point that I don't smoke if I'm inside of a smoke shop purchasing just incense. He doesn't have to be a psychic, it's just if I'm checking out and that's all I set on the counter, it's a bit obvious. I quickly decide to eat the dollar charge and ask the logic behind the charge. Fed an excuse about kids coming inside the store wanting to charge up $.25 cents worth of merchandise and using a credit card to pay for it. The excuse is then followed up by there being something about paperwork. No worries I said. Paid for it and ended up leaving without a thanks or a have a good day. Looking around at all the bashing comments about there being shitty customer service, all I can do is confirm it at this point. The issue isn't you charged me a dollar extra, it's just clearly post it for people to know that, and tell me $3.16 next time. The timing of you notice me filtering through my wallet for cash, realizing I don't have it and whipping out a card to decide to tack on an extra dollar for, 'processing' makes it come off like you're just looking to profit on the smallest thing. I know you don't keep incense and candles in the store because they turn a profit for you guys. You may only make mere change for each item sold if any, but I don't know how desperate the store is to get to a point to where they're compromising their own integrity for a buck. Between both days of coming in and gauging interaction, the vibe the 2 gentlemen give off running the front is an, 'unnecessary tough guy attitude.' I get this place does ink, I get you guys sell metal mulisha shirts, skateboards, and more. I get how our parents would label people shopping here as, 'rebels' but to these 2 guys running the show here - you don't need to have the rebellious, I don't give a shit mentality when you're running a business. Businesses thrive on customer service. I can tell the owner who runs this place is aware of Yelp because this place offers a check-in coupon code here. You would figure with all of the feedback on here by now something would of been said to these guys on how they're handling customers. I don't need you to kiss my ass when I walk in, but trying to be friendly once in awhile won't compromise your tough guy look. I honestly feel like the next time I come in here, I have to walk in with affliction on, be inked everywhere, and treat you poorly just to get any sort of respect. I shouldn't have to feel this way, and I doubt I'm the only one who feels they need their guard up while shopping here. This place has been in business 10 years now and that's a large statement to show that they're successful. Their inventory is superior when compared to other smoke shops, at least in terms of quantity based on what I've read here. I think if you continue treating your customers like crap, you're only going to be a shop to stop at once and you won't have a successful repeat customer base. You have been in business a good amount of time to where I don't need to hammer this into you guys, you should just automatically know this. Pipe selection is good and love the stylish clothes. My friend got her first tattoo here and I got my nose pierced here. The tattoo artist said he owned it so I'll give it to him he has a decent inventory but probably shouldn't be tattooing. My friend got her first tattoo and it came out nothing like it was supposed to. The design he showed us looked good but the tattoo looked nothing like it. It was shaded in the wrong areas and the lines were shaky. My nose piercing grew a big bump on it that wouldn't pop or go away but after I took it out it went away. I was told it was probably a allergy to cheap jewlery being used. I'll be back to shop but definatly not for any permanent body alterations. read more

Don't be mistaken by the smokey smell the place is clean and I chose them over emerald to do my piercing the customer service was great and I felt comfortable. I wouldn't exactly get a tattoo here but my sister got a cute butterfly years back by Terry and it kept it's color and still has vibrancy now so you couldn't really go wrong with something tiny here. I went to Wicked Wayz late last year, to get a large Koi tattoo on my calf fixed. I initially got the tattoo at another location, but needless to say- the work did NOT leave the Legacy that I desired. Terry looked at what I had and immediately noticed several GLARING errors. He was polite and explained what he could do to fix the other shops mistakes. Once we agreed on the work to be done, we got started. Terry took his time and explained everything he was doing to fix the other guys errors and we had entertaining conversation as he worked. The deck was stacked against him, but 3 hours later when Terry finally said he was done, I looked at my leg and could not believe the OUTSTANDING work that he did. It was amazing and looked nothing like the mess he started with. I know that Terry could have taken advantage of me and charged me a ton of money to fix some other shops work, but the exact opposite happened. Terry spent MORE time fixing my tattoo than the other guy did putting it on in the first place, and charged me LESS money than the first artist. I am coming up on almost a year since Terry did his work, and the colors are still outstanding and I get compliments from total strangers every time I wear shorts. My wife, son, and best friend subsequently went to Wicked Wayz, and Terry did INCREDIBLE work on them as well. Terrys daughter also pierced my daughters bellybutton, and it turned out great, was painless and we had no problems with infection. I would HIGHLY recommend Terry and Wicked Wayz to anybody interested in any tattoo work at all! read more

Went here for my birthday, my girlfriend and her grandma were gonna buy me a new vape and willing to spend around 200. My car had just gotten broke in a week earlier and my smok alien was stolen out of it. Anyways the older white man who stares and follows people "Lodi people already know who I'm talking about" was being so weird and rude lol. We literally left without buying anything and drove to Elk Grove to get my present. I wasn't that mad because I have been to this store multiple times and was already aware of this stores owners insecurity problems, he even told me to put my cell phone away in the past, lol wth, two weeker. He is so rude/uninterested/possibly on a substance that causes him to have a lack of an ability to communicate effectively with customers. Anyways this review isn't on their prices, but they are higher than anywhere in Lodi. It's sad because a smoke shop owner should have a relationship with customers, but I think this owner is to nervous to talk to people or something. Glass pieces are top notch but stay away from anything else. Bought 3 torches and only one is still working (and by working I mean butane comes out, but you need to use a lighter to spark it). me and my sister got pierced here last week, the guy was hella creepy and perverted the whole time.... both our belly buttons got pierced both came out crooked, hers more than mine we thought that the piercing might be swollen and making it look crooked but after a few weeks there were the same, hers even got infected. we went to another shop and they told us that the only way to make them straight was to take them out let them heal and re do them... im going to try to keep mine and hope it gets better but my sis had to take hers out since it was infected sooooo bad. read more
