I like the dispensary and the people. But honestly they need to hire more bud tenders. I have to wait over 20 mins each time if i dont order ahead. Its pretty frustrating especially when you just want to run in and out. If they see continuous lines around the same times why aren't more bud tenders available? Currently its 3:52 and ive been in line since 3:30. Still 4 people ahead of me. Same situation a couple days ago. They do offer military discount which is a plus and I like how they only allow a certain amount of people in at a time. I've been going to Zen for at least 5 years now. I've visited a few other dispensaries in Stockton but do not prefer any other store. Zen is well maintained and they offer high quality buds. The product is worth the money you pay for. The staff and security are friendly and I've never had issues with getting the help that I need. I do prefer pre-ordering online ordering through WeedMaps because it makes my visit convenient. Brandan does an excellent job as a budtender. He is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I called into Zen Welness to ask about xtabs vs their generic version indica 1000 mg 20 pk 50 mg per pill. The clerk who answered was very short with me. She kept saying theirs 50 tabs with 20mg each. I advised I was looking at their website and it stated 20 pills 50mg each equals 1000 mg per pack. She was so confused and upset I was challenging her facts on the screen... she hung up on me. I called back 4x. The next rep wouldn't tell me Clerk's name. Wouldn't give me her nane. I again explained I was calling to get info on diff between xtabs and their generic. She kept talking over me to customers and basically being disrespectful. Told me i had to put up with her talking to other customers because i was just on the phone. As a retired military member and fully disabled and I have frequented this business many times. This experience makes me say if you value respect... do not shop here. The clerks were rude. Kept saying is that all you want when I was stating I felt disrespected.
