History
Established in 2014.
I founded Get Organized LA because I wanted to turn my OCD into my superpower. My passion for organizing is literally in my DNA. Growing up, my mom owned a toy store known for her masterfully organized and designed displays with immaculate presentation. My dad is a skilled craftsman who passed along his passion for workmanship and handy work to me. They both taught me directing from the sidelines doesn't get the job done. I don't just consult, I'm a workhorse.
After twelve years in entertainment advertising, I changed my career to pursue my passion for organizing people and businesses. I not only organize, I stage homes, design interiors, refurbish furniture, manage moves, product shop, and I'm a handyman and speaker.
Meet the Business Owner: Brian Y.
I'm a Professional Organizer who... "supports evaluation, decision-making, and action around objects, space, and data; helping clients achieve desired outcomes regarding function, order, and clarity," (NAPO)
Per a client - "Brian is a vigorous gentleman, often seen climbing trees and slurping soup. He's been known to construct suspension bridges on his coffee breaks, making it easier for aquaphobics to cross rivers and large puddles. He choreographs award-winning ballets for rabbits and he never wastes time or condiments.
Using only a trowel and a large glass of soy milk, he once single-handedly defended a small village in the Himalayas from a pack of rabid musk rats. He is an accomplished finger painter, a concrete statistician, and a ruthless Mahjong champion. Critics worldwide flock to his lectures on spork culture.
He breeds prizewinning snails. He has won knife fights at the Vatican, belly dancing competitions in Tangier, and sack races at the Kremlin. He's a good guy."
