They did not show up. No call/text. No reschedule or explanation why. Scheduled a furniture assembly with Dee. Everything went smoothly at first. Set up a date and time, they were flexible around my schedule and everything was set until the day of service. 20min before their scheduled arrival time I text them just to let them know I was there and ready with everything. 30min after the scheduled time of arrival I called the number provided which went straight to voicemail. Left multiple messages via text, voicemail and even on yelp where we had previously communicated with no issues...no answer to any message. I understand that schedules change and would have been more than happy to reschedule if there was any communication. It is now 24hr after the scheduled service and still no communication from anyone. Chose them because of previous good reviews but now question the legitimacy of their previous reviews and would not recommend them. If you are looking for furniture builders there are several more reputable businesses on yelp with many more reviews that I would trust. read more

All I have to say is that Dee was worth it! I just moved to the area and had to have my two armoires assembled before our official moving date and Dee was able to come out for a day right away. I contacted Assembly Matters because Lowes sells gazebos, but doesn't have anyone to assemble them. I'm in my 60s and my gazebo assembling days are passed.
