For me, Master Protection Films really stood out for several reasons. When I first inquired about a full wrap + ceramic coating, Zami responded quickly, and asked if I preferred a traditional PPF or satin look. I'm not familiar with how satin looks, especially on white, but Zami sent pics of an ES the team had worked on and it looked amazing, so I chose that. Zami provided the quote, and I went with it. Zami, Miras and the team delivered - they gave a week timeline, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked like a totally different car. Satin white was definitely the right call, so thank you Zami for providing examples. Pricing is great, especially with the results; what really stood out was the level of after care. Zami asked me to come back a week after pickup for a full inspection. Miras and the team looked over all the lines and seams, and fixed minor imperfections and areas that bothered me. Since getting my car back, I've contacted Zami about small areas I've found that were bugging me, and she and the team always told me to come by and they'd fix it up. Other places would tell you to take a hike, but not MPF. I'll be taking my future cars to them!

Ladies, or guys, if you're looking to prevent some weird tans on one arm or freckle spots, this is THE place to go. The price is competitive. If you want it done right, and will last, this is that one and done shop. I WILL be coming back for that ceramic coating when I'm able to, my car needs it bad. But when i called Essential tints, they basically broke down everything i was looking for and even told me i can come by and check out the wraps they have in person. So after going there and meeting with the team, Sam, Martin, and John. They all kind of broke down the best options for me to move forward (considering I will have my car for 7-10 more years). They then introduced to me something called "Color PPF". and When i first heard it, i was thinking okay that sounds dope but what's the price tag..? Turns out vinyl wrap that every shop uses, lasts only like 3 years or so, while the colored PPF lasts 7-10 years. And when you're already considering to pay a good amount of money to get a car wrapped, why not put in a little bit more and get the best possible results. I cannot explain the ease of the whole thing. I also had them redo my tint and wow the difference is worldly. To be honest, the biggest thing that made me wanna get it done with essential tints, is the fact that they offer a loaner car... i've NEVER seen a shop do that. only dealerships. They did a fantastic job on it honestly i don't have anything but great words because my car is truly 1-1 now. Initially I had a great experience dropping off my car and was satisfied with the results. I was…read moretold to come back for a "2 week inspection". It took an hour and a half for them to damage my car to this extent. I was speechless. I left it at 9:00 AM and they said they finished at 10:40. I was told they would replace the damaged badges and paint correct but I don't know how they plan on repairing my damaged rear reflectors. I'm fully expecting either a partial refund or something because this is unacceptable especially for the price I paid for services. I didn't even check to see if I received the free ceramic coating because I was too shocked by the damages to my paint and lack of car the installer had. Update: Horrible business to even negotiate with. They only push for repairs through their own "network" and refuse to acknowledge my requests for insurance information. I've asked at least 5 times and they've only responded with deflection. They love to say they'll go "above and beyond" for their customers, but won't even offer a full refund for damaging my car. They won't acknowledge that they caused over $3,000 in damages to a brand new car, thinking that a paint correction pen will cover the deep cuts into my paint. They have time to post multiple times a day on their social media, but will respond to my messages once I bring up insurance and complaints. I am confident with my insurance claim along with complaints to the BAR that this situation will be resolved. Do NOT do business here if you value your car. Learn from my mistake in trusting a business with fluffed up reviews and heavy presence in social media. Response to their comments, the damages found especially done to the REAR REFLECTORS were agreed that YOU guys did the damages as you end up telling me that your installer "is facing POTENTIAL termination" which doesn't mean anything since he's still appearing on your social media. The $3,000 in damages is the repair cost just for the REAR REFLECTORS since they REQUIRE A FULL RE PAINT. Your business is full of scammers and bloated reviews done by your own employees. Anyone can see once you learn employee names. Do better. Your entire business is a performance considering majority of the work that requires a clean environment is done is a dirty garage. I was unfortunately informed by car community of how much of a scam your business is and I'm suffering from the same consequences. I refuse to let other people fall for the same scam and will be actively notifying the public.
