I have eaten outside and each time the service has been between bad and terrible with being slow, having to get up to find our own silverware, go inside to the bar to obtain drinks, never asked how our meal is, etc... The servers, although probably understaffed, are busy also serving drinks from the outside bar, flirting with customers or just plain disappear for long periods.
