He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented us two options -- one, total replacement (expensive), or two, a quick fix that might buy us a little bit of time but would cost way less. Money is tight, so we went with option 2, and he told us the warning signs to look for in case it didn't work. The quick fix did not work, which we sort of expected, and again, they had someone at our house right away. This time we went with the replacement -- and they knocked off the amount we had already paid a couple weeks earlier from the new price. These guys were awesome -- quick, smart, flexible, and totally fantastic about working with our financial situation. If you're in need of a fair and fast plumber, I highly recommend them.

On our most recent problem to resolve, we had some outdoor water connections to shut off for the winter. Tim replaced them with updated shutoff valves. While here, Tim discovered that we had a leak in our water heater, that he could fix quickly and at a lower cost than if we waited (ultimately fixing something preventatively is much better than waiting for it to break). At the end of the day - Tim has earned our trust over many projects over many years. When I called to request the work to be fixed and completed correctly I was told that the work was done that they were hired to do and that I should call someone else to finish the work, they didn't have time. I was amazed at how rude they were on the phone and that they would not stand by their work, simply telling me to call someone else because they couldn't be bothered. John came down almost immediately & assessed the situation. I needed a different company to handle the deep clog with an industrial snake. John made a recommendation for a company to remedy my dishwasher/clog issue. He then promised to return on a Saturday to help me with the disposal. 1. John was prompt & professional. 2.
