I was charged $110 to serve 2 defendants several months ago. I had to call Johnny 6 times over the span of a month and half period only to find out that the defendants weren't served. It makes it even better because Johnny claimed that his process server he hired went out to the defendants' home approximately 4-5 times, but after recieving my note of declaration from the process server just 2 days before my court date, I found out that the process server only visited the defendants over a 2 day span during July 4th weekend which was well over a month before I recieved my "declaration of due diligence", despite me specifically requesting to Johnny and the process server not to go to the defendants' home on a holiday weekend. I also paid an extra $20 to have Johnny and his staff "file" my service papers with the LA courthouse , but seeing that the defendants weren't served, I wasn't given the $20 refund. I had to go through my credit card customer service and file a grievance claim a month later, just so I could get my $20 back despite Johnny stating through phone and email that he would "for sure mail me a check to refund me". FYI, this process serving company is not accredited by NAPPS. read more

They were relentless in their attempts to serve my former landlord. The landlord refused to open the door multiple times....sent their young daughter to answer once...even tried to hide behind the couch but EVENTUALLY they got her served. What can I say, After 9 long months Johnny was the key to finally getting my judgement paid to me in full from the previous owner of my house. Long story short, the previous owner of our home used an unlicensed handyman to install the flooring in our property and did not disclose this at time of purchase. A few months on and the flooring is sinking in multiple areas of the home and our newborn is about to crawl. We won our judgement in court (of course) against the defendant but that was just the start of it. 3 months went by and the defendant would not respond and was basically refusing to pay. So I called Johnny again and asked him to serve the defendant and the husband of the defendant as a witness to the defendants assets/accounts. The defendant tried to have the husband evade Johnny several times but Johnny's persistence to serve him eventually paid off. Once he was served, I knew that would change everything. Within 48 hours the husband personally delivered the checks, with every bit of interest to my front door and it's all because of Johnny's persistence. We first used the Sheriff's Office to serve a former employee. They tried once and walked away stating the person at the door wouldn't talk to them and gave up.
