Throughout the event, every reasonable request was met with resistance, as she repeatedly insisted having things her way rather than trying to accommodate the guests. As the owner of an event venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing good customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this venue.

I was planning a LAST MINUTE 18th birthday party (filipino debut) for my daughter with absolutely NOTHING  planned, other than a date, a booked venue and a limited budget with only 3 months ahead of me. DIY Youtube videos, Pinterest, Etsy and Facebook groups were my only forms of entertainment at this point.  My best friend was planning her wedding and was referred to Jesiree to assist with planning. She asked me (as her maid of honor) and her matron of honor to accompany her to meet Jesiree and her husband, Eddy to discuss services that they offer and could possibly assist her with for her wedding. I was IMMEDIATELY impressed with her style, her presentation and the variety of services she has to offer. We also learned during the meeting that she was assisting our other friend with her son's 1st birthday party!  After the meeting, I took the opportunity to ask my best friend if she would mind if I ask Jesiree to assist me with providing services to  plan my daughters party (as I did not want it to interfere with the planning of her wedding). She didnt mind at all! (THANK GOD!) I initially only intended to request for assistance with the creation of invitations and favor tags, as I was on an EXTREMELY tight budget and planned to print them myself. In the end, Jesiree helped create ALL the printables for the party, such as the table numbers and Order of Events! Did I forget to mention that she created a design that exceeded what  we envisioned and was able to match all the printables to the theme that my daughter requested?! Yes, she's THAT GOOD! However, along the way of the planning, I encountered MULTIPLE obstacles, such as last minute cancellations of dessert table assistance, videographers, etc. I was EXTREMELY stressed with no energy or patience left due to my limited budget and the short amount of time I had left prior to the event. Jesiree came through and was able to help me... She recommended an AMAZING photographer (IG: @rawkbeez), took the time to include our event into her busy schedule to design/bake treats for a BEAUTIFUL dessert table, AND host HER photobooth at the event along with her wonderful team (Thanks Eddy, Karen and EJ!).  Jesiree's quality of work speaks for itself. She is very kind, patient, organized, and detailed oriented. Im the type of person who has many questions to ask and she was ALWAYS willing to provide the answer! Not only was she responsive, she would ask around if she didn't have the answer. The month before our big day, we had our meeting to go over details and timeline. She made sure to reach out to every single one of our vendors so everyone was on the same page. The week of the wedding was hectic for us, but she was made sure her timeline matched our photographer and everything was in place. I also had chargers that I wanted for every guest, and she made that happen! On our big day, she arrived to the venue at 2:30pm, so she could make sure all the vendors were there. When we arrived around 4pm, she made sure the bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony since we didn't have rehearsal the day before. She checked in with us throughout the night and gave us a heads up before the next agenda. She orchestrated the entire night so effortlessly that I felt at ease.
