Such a beautiful venue for weddings. This review is based on being an invited guest to a wedding that took place here, April 25th. The grounds are just sooo beautiful especially when their roses are in bloom. The ceremony area has two areas. One area faces the water and the other is more of a greenery view which both are just wonderful, you don't have to worry about the sun being in your eyes. The bar and buffet were placed right outside the reception area which was kinda nice so the long lines doesn't get in the way of the tables and dance floor. Loved the large glass chandeliers and draped curtain/tent vibes. Food was sooo good. I heard they made their food at the location so it nice and fresh. Tri tip, salmon mash potatoes and gravy with green beans, feta apple spinach salad and bread with butter was the menu. Drinks were white and red wine, beer and cocktail of choice was a berry sangria which was my favorite. read more

From both perspectives, I can honestly say this venue is exceptional. As a vendor, I felt incredibly supported. The staff was kind, helpful, and extremely accommodating - offering clear direction, checking in throughout the day, and making sure I had everything I needed to set up and serve with ease. Last-minute changes (like additions to bar and food service) were handled quickly and without a hitch. Our guests would not stop talking to me about how many photos they took at our wedding during cocktail hours. The space was well maintained and beautifully lit. So much potential for special events! It's like they really took note of every photo op, especially that golden hour view. Parking was easy with an attendant and the security detail was on point. It has that open concept cocktail area which actually turned out to be very family friendly. The bathrooms were air conditioned! Last but not least, the reception room was gorgeous. Windows everywhere, 3 giant chandeliers, and plenty of seating for 300. I was very disappointed in Melanie stretching the truth of being honest and upfront. The air in the tent we were told would be on for 24 hour before the wedding reception and then opened up. This never happened and it was so hot in there. My sister whom helped with the centerpieces is a licensed contractor and reported those air units were not working properly at all. Melaine tried to cover up that issue. Also water went out in mansion with 10 girls staying there night before the wedding but was fixed next am. We were told water was turned off but it happened again the next morning after wedding party stayed there and breaker was being tripped. Again workers at venue are told to lie for property. Also line for bar and warm beer toward end of reception! UNACCEPTABLE!!!We could have had an extra bar set up in a different location on property but Melanie never mentioned it. It was in the fine print so beware and read it! Line at bar slow so do not Advertise all you can drink and have slow lines to limit alcohol consumption. Wedding coordinator was excellent & so was the food. Above and beyond in that category. For as much money as we spent the air not working properly and the bar set up and line being slow on a very hot day, was very poor. read more

Having our wedding at Lakeview was such a dream! We must have toured at least 20 different places in the Sacramento area and this one stood out the most by far. It was the most stunning backdrop to one of the most important days in our lives! Working with the Lakeview team was such a great experience as well! They were very prompt in answering all of our questions and really worked with us on everything we wanted. Their catering was phenomenal!! All of our guests were impressed with the appetizers and dinner - we are still getting compliments on the food six months later! My husband and I had our post wedding photo shoot here. This venue is absolutely beautiful! Stunning! One of the most gorgeous venues in the greater Sacramento area! (trust me, I visited plenty!) Let's start with the HUGE bridal suite and grooms den! Omg it's like a whole house with a kitchen and tons of space to sit and have hair and makeup done. The bridal suite is beautiful and the bed is comfy. And not to mention this place was spotless clean! The grooms suite has a pool table for the guys to hang out and chill before the ceremony starts. Lakeview also has about 3 locations for your ceremony. All with gorgeous views and beautiful backdrops. The reception area is in a tent - but not just a regular tent. A huge tent with pretty chandeliers and brand new floors! I'm very particular so details like nice flooring stand out to me. And yes, it has AC! need that for those summer and fall weddings! I can imagine how wonderful It looks once it's all decorated! There are so many places for photo ops for bridal party plus guests; in front of the lake, the grass wall, even the entrance to the ceremony site is nice and classy looking. It's very obvious that this estate is well kept and often maintained. Looks like something you'd see in a bridal magazine. The owner of this venue did the decor for my wedding, so gorgeous! This place offers all in one - venue, decor and food. Which is a plus for wedding planning! All my interactions with the owner have always been positive. This is a beautiful venue that is secluded enough to really feel like a private event. The lake and visuals really make for stunning views, especially at golden hour when the light shines perfectly above the water and through the trees. The decor and flower arrangements were done just to our liking and matched perfectly with the look of the venue. The food was restaurant quality and they allow tastings to help mold the menu into what you wish. Our night was gorgeous, with the lights of the venue adding a beautiful atmosphere to the proceedings. The best part even above all of this was our day of coordinator provided by the venue. Her name is Linda Nguyen and she is everything you could wish for as someone to help you prep and make the special day run as smoothly as possible. She is lovely and enthusiastic while being highly professional and going the extra mile to help not only on the day but before as well. She felt more like a full on wedding coordinator than just merely a day-of planner. She kept us on time and on target, solving any issues on the fly while knowing exactly what we wanted thanks to her collaborative nature in planning everything with us. An example of her commitment was when she sprinted to grab my bouquet because I had forgotten it right before walking down the aisle. We had our wedding at Lakeview in May this year and we cannot put into words how amazing this venue is. EVERY person we met (honorable mentions: Melanie, Lynn, Cindee, Helen) treated us like we were the only couple getting married there. We were one of the very first couples to pick Lakeview as our wedding venue back in 2022 when we got engaged and had full trust in what they were planning on building to make the venue more beautiful. Come our wedding day, Lakeview was such a dream!! The bridal suite and grooms den are stunning, all the pictures we took no matter what angle had the most gorgeous aesthetic. The correspondence with the team at Lakeview is unmatched. I had a million questions and add ons last minute and Melanie and Lynn were just so accommodating. HUGE shoutout to Lynn our "day of coordinator" , she was so much more than just a day of coordinator, she took so many matters off my hands leading up to the wedding. So many people from our bridal party made sure to point out the next day how amazing Lynn was, she saved the day so many times! The all inclusive portion of Lakeview was really the best thing as a bride, it felt stress free. Cindee took my Pinterest visions and made them come to life! I've recently had my wedding here. It was small and very intimate! Melanie made everything easy and it was a beautiful ceremony in front of their lake. They were very accommodating and sweet people to work with for such a big day. There were a few hiccups, like any wedding (all on my part!) and they quickly came in to save the day with creative solutions that put my mind at ease. Everyone was calm and collected. I feel so grateful! I think that this venue is perfect for a small or large wedding with a lot of options to choose from. Not to mention there accommodations, I love their "brides suite" and "grooms den". My husband and I got to shoot a game of pool right after the ceremony. I was at the estate and winery for a wedding reception in November. The parking was adequate, the restrooms were close to the reception hall was large enough for the guests, dj and dance floor, buffet tables, and outdoor bar made the experience pleasant.
