It was confusing at first, because this lady was standing still, facing the front of the window where you order. I thought she was in the middle of ordering food so I waited behind her. It took a few minutes to realize this lady was actually working with the food truck and taking the food orders. She also was not very friendly when I asked her a question about the food. Anyway, back to the positive notes, the food! The menu was limited to tacos, fries and drinks (soda, sparkling water). I tried the fries and fried catfish tacos (2 tacos), which came with a crema sauce, coleslaw, lightly seasoned tortilla chips. There was a bottle of salsa, assuming homemade. The salsa was delicious. The catfish tasted so fresh, was tender, and was lightly fried. The thinly cut fries were great, reminded me of McDonald's fries. The whole meal was satisfying, but I wished appetizers were available. This is one of the best food trucks in town! (food, not customer service)

The Fughetaboutit (I might have spelled that wrong, but essentially the Italian sub) from Eastside was so good!!!! We were so happy and collectively said it was the best thing we have eaten in Wilmington to date. The sub roll is soft with the perfect amount of chew... the meats were delicious and slightly toasted perfection which also allowed the cheese to meld into it. Nothing was overpowering or too much, it was really the perfect sandwich. 10/10! I can't wait to find them again and try another sandwich, but it will be hard not to get this one again!! Prices range from $5-$7 for a dozen mini donuts. You can request half-a-dozen to be one flavor and the other half to be another flavor. We tried half a dozen of maple glazed donuts and half a dozen of blueberry cheesecake donuts for a total of $7. Even though the donuts are cake-like, they were not dense. They were light, soft, and moist. Both were delicious but I liked the blueberry cheesecake donuts better. I loved all of the added flavors and toppings it came with. The blueberry cheesecake donuts were topped with fresh sweet blueberries, sugar glaze, ground graham cracker crumbs, and whipped cream. The maple glazed donuts are just how the name describes-the donuts were covered with a sweet sticky maple glaze. If you're in the area and are craving donuts, definitely try this food truck!

Ordered La Cubano ($9) and Carne Asada ($10) nachos, their most popular items. La Cubano are not actually nachos but 2 big tostones topped with rice, onions, black beans, and shredded roasted mojo pork, fresh cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream. La Cubano was good, I would recommend this. The tostones were crispy and the roasted pork had a great citrus infused flavor. I liked how the rice had orange and yellow colors so it made the whole dish look colorful. This meal is oily and greasy so it might not fit if you're trying to eat a healthy diet. The carne asada nachos were yellow corn tortilla chips topped with rice, black beans, salsa, big carne asada slices, cilantro, and nacho cheese. It was good but would have been better with real cheese and guacamole. Overall, these were the perfect food to eat at a brewery and I would eat at this food truck again.
