He apologized like they've done everytime and then offered a $10 coupon for next time. Sorry I want my fried rice. I've ordered from Lucky Star for 15 years and they've never forgot rice or sauce or anything. I then asked for the owner just to let everyone aware before leaving a bad review. Jackson immediately replied that "you're not going to like my answer she's out of the country for the next few months"....he was right that's not the answer I wanted...I wanted my rice! Now with their coffee, I personally prefer an authentic phin drip cà phê sữa đá for the rich flavoring, as I believe this is just bottled lees coffee. It's still good, but could be better. It's amazing how much variety they have that can be difficult to find, like BÒ NÉ, as it reminds me of home in Vietnam. Overall, a great experience and I am 100% coming back to try more!
