Disgusting, unethical, greedy, money hungry, fraudulent office. Has anyone ever heard of $2000 for full mouth of deep cleaning? Neither have I. Yet they charged my mom this much when they found out she was cash pay patient. Poor woman is 70yo and didn't know any better. They did NOTHING special, no extra treatments or "specialist" work. A cleaning under 45 min. How embarrassing that they would do this when the doctor who referred my mom charges $400 for the same service. That's more than 3x the amount!!! Stay away from this deceiving office. Zero customer service. The receptionist Mary is extremely rude and likes to yell at patients. Find new office staff and take a class on business etiquette and ethics doctor G! By the way just a small reality check.... Dr. G not an actual "MD" to charge these prices. After two extractions and two implants over the course of nearly two years with Dr. Gevorgian, I cannot overstate how excellent her practice is! Everyone that works at the office is lovely, especially Mary at the front desk. She always took the time to make sure I was maximizing my insurance benefits and timing things just right. But most importantly, the work being done by Dr. Gevorgian is masterful. I have a small mouth and she had to extract and place implants for both of my top back molars. Not an easy job and she did it perfectly. Every dentist that sees her work in X-rays is impressed. When my regular dentist told me I needed gum surgery I started crying because I'd heard how painful it was and I'm the world's biggest chicken. But Dr. Gevorgian and her amazing staff took what could have been a traumatic experience and made it as painless as possible. There was no pain during the procedure itself, which shocked me, and there was plenty of hand-holding while she was doing it, to make sure I was doing okay physically and emotionally. They suggested I pre-fill my meds, which helped a lot with recovery and there was even a post-procedure phone call to make sure I was okay. Two weeks after the first side, I was back in the office to do the other. That would not have happened if I hadn't been 100% happy with her care. It's now been a little over a year since the procedure. My dentist's office said they've never seen such a dramatic before and after in any patient. I've had 4 follow-up appointments with Dr, Gevorgian and her wonderful staff and I'm incredibly grateful that they've given me the tools to keep my teeth. Also, I was really worried about how my smile would look after surgery, but she did such a great job that my smile is still my smile. She is wonderful and her staff are all really sweet and caring. So I went in yesterday for my second round of gum grafting... my lower gums have been receded for many, many years, and I knew I had to eventually go in and get them grafted. Part of my procrastination was finding the right person to do it. A good friend of mine had gum grafting done 2 times by two different Doctors whom he was not happy with until he met Dr. Gevorgian. He gave her two thumbs up to me, so I went in November to get the first side done. While it's a very painful procedure, Dr. Gevorgian and her staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Gevorgian works very precisely and accurately to ensure a successful outcome without you having to be in the chair for hours. I had the same experience yesterday with my second round, and was appreciative for the friendliness of the staff, concern to make sure I was ok, and felt like they truly care for their patients. Living in the big city, you can tend to feel like just a "number" when it comes to healthcare, but I truly feel Dr. Gevorgian and her staff do their very best to make you comfortable and take care of your teeth as if they were their own. I went to Dr. Gevorgian for implants about a week ago. This doctor is amazing. I went around for a long time looking for a doctor who seemed like I could trust for such a big procedure. She was the only doctor who knew what she was talking about. She gave me a really long concultation and explained the process and what to expect. She answered all my questions and she was very patient. Once I had my surgery I recieved a call from her for the following couple days to make sure I was feeling well. I really appreciated that. I will also be using her for all my cleanings in the future. Oh and I forgot to mention. My mom needed botox and I found out Dr. Gevorgian does provide the services in ther office. Simply put, Dr. Gevorgian is the best dental professional I have ever encountered. Since adulthood, I've had 9 general dentists, two endodontists, one orthodontist and one periodontist (Gevorgian). The staff in this office made me feel very comfortable and clearly articulated my treatment plan. The office manager called me a week before my appointment to give me an idea of what to expect and ask what pharmacy I wanted to pick up my prescription (pre-visit antibiotics and pain meds). She is always nice and very consistent with following up with me. I had three extractions and an implant done in one day. I arrived in the office at 9am and was out of the office at approx. 10:30am. The process of the extractions and implant felt less invasive than getting fillings or a cleaning. The office is bright, clean and up-to-date. My teeth feel clean when I leave the office. The hygienists and the doctor are top notch.
