We absolutely love GForce Gymnastics! From the very beginning, everyone has made our family feel so welcome. Our daughter's instructor, Marjan, is incredibly patient, encouraging, and wonderful with the kids. Since starting classes, we've watched our daughter truly bloom. She's gained confidence, found a new sense of focus, and genuinely looks forward to every class. She loves gymnastics so much that we signed her up for the summer camp too! Coach Matthew is equally amazing... he's so fun and engaging with the kids. Our daughter comes home after every class asking, "When can I go back to gymnastics?" Seeing her so excited and passionate has been such a joy. The facility itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and filled with great equipment. We attended a birthday party at G-Force in Murrieta and had a great time overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I didn't realize they hosted parties here, so that was a nice surprise and seemed like a fun option for kids. The facility was clean, especially the bathrooms, and there was plenty of parking available. The kids enjoyed the variety of activities, including the parkour area, balance beams, and trampoline track. My only complaint was that the air conditioning didn't seem to be working very well, and it felt quite hot inside during our visit. Walked in after lunch next door to get pricing. Your location manager, Shannon was extremely friendly and so helpful, she patiently answered all our questions about classes and prices. I did not know this place even existed and now I can't wait to sign my little one up for parkour classes, I know he's going to love it! The classes are excellent. They're well structured, and the kids get plenty of time to practice the skills they're learning. The facility is also very clean and well maintained. My only concern is with the staff. At first, they seemed very friendly and welcoming, but after a few months, I've come to feel that the friendliness isn't genuine. Because they were so warm initially, my child felt comfortable talking to the staff and coaches. Unfortunately, I've noticed that they often ignore them or act like they're listening when they really aren't. I find that disappointing and discouraging, especially for young children who are simply trying to engage with the adults they look up to. read more

I checked out a few different gymnastics places for my 3- and 5-year-old, and GForce has definitely been the best. The gym is super clean, which I really appreciate, and the class sizes are small so the kids get lots of attention. I love that the waiting area is open to the gym so you can easily watch your kids during class. The staff also helped me line up both of my girls' schedules so I can bring them at the same time, which has been a lifesaver. So we love Gym Ninja. My son is 3 years old and wants to climb on every surface of my house. So a class that literally let's him run and climb for 50 minutes is EVERYTHING. I think it definitely depends on the teacher you have and the size of the class you are in. For instance when we first started we had coach Amanda and she was sensational. She had a great personality seemed very knowledgeable and was prepared for every class. She didn't let them get away with doing the moves wrong and we really appreciated that. She got moved to a different class and for a couple weeks we had different teachers all very sweet and nice but none that seemed to bring the confidence out in my 3 year old that his original teacher had, and they seemed to have a harder time getting the toddlers to focus. Those weeks just seemed like he wasn't progressing or learning anything new. Luckily after a few weeks we got in Coach Ray's class and she is a Godsent. She takes personal time with each one to make sure they understand what she expects of them and then if your kid is grasping whatever they are doing she teaches them ways to push themselves. After class she goes to each parent and gives a little update on how the kid is doing, what to work on. Which to me means alot, like she actually cares about his development. I mean it's more than I could've hoped for, for a class for my toddler. The no make ups is a bummer but they do offer open gym hours if u miss a class, not as good as a hands on taught class but it does the trick. The equipment looks new and in great condition, and the bathrooms are always clean and tidy. My kid walks out of the gym sweating, so If you are looking for a way to burn out some excess energy I'd definitely give it a try. read more

Disappointed with the overall experience and lack of flexibility. There is no trial period, not even a paid option, which is concerning when signing up a toddler. After just one class, I could tell it wasn't a good fit for my 2-year-old and reached out right away. I even offered to pay for the single class he attended, but they refused to let me cancel and required me to continue paying for another full month--PLUS the annual fee. To make matters worse, the facility is very small, with limited space and none of the basic gymnastics equipment you would expect from a professional program. It felt more like a makeshift setup than a legitimate gym. There was no understanding, no flexibility, and frankly, not the kind of environment I would recommend to other parents. Definitely not worth the commitment or cost. Edited to add after response received: Thank you for your response. I did reach out directly after the session to try and work something out, but unfortunately we weren't able to come to an agreement. I understand that every business has policies, but it felt unreasonable to be required to pay for an entire additional month that hadn't even started yet, PLUS the annual fee, especially when I communicated my concerns after just one class. I was never informed of open gym prior to starting to test it out.. would have gladly paid for that and gone that route had I known. Lesson learned, next time I will research better. To clarify, I didn't ask for a free session--I was more than willing to pay the $29 pro-rated amount you charged for the 50 minute class my child attended on that last Saturday of the month. I simply hoped for some flexibility, especially for a program geared toward 2 year olds where fit and comfort are so important. I wish your business the best and do hope you succeed! read more
