He's great at helping me push past myself, keep good form, and smile! The gym is simply gorgeous. New equipment, so clean and well organized. They really have everything. My experiences here have been a tremendous positive impact in my physical well being. I would highly recomened Oasis Training Facility for those at any level. I have a membership at, and frequent Powerhouse gym. Today we showed up to EOS located on Murrieta Hot Springs Road in Murrieta, Ca. The lady at the front desk at EOS required me to wait for another associate to check me in. Mind you this is not the first time that we have went to EOS in the last two weeks. We waited ten minutes for the other associate and left before being seen. My girlfriend and I had an hour together to workout and spend some quality time. Waiting 10 minutes and not be seen at a gym is horrible, because you expect to go there and get your workout in and leave. For many people time is money and wasting time their time is rude and unprofessional. Members and their guest should not have to wait around for an associate to come do a sales pitch and try to get you to sign up. The person at the front desk should have the waiver form on a tablet, we are in 2026. Anyone paying the higher membership fee to access any EOS and have a guest pass should not have to wait for a sales pitch. If I was new to the area and had intentions to join a gym, EOS management would have lost my business. Allow the patron to quickly sign the waiver to go workout. If they like the gym, they will sign up because the member that brought them would help sell the gym membership for you. And if you keep a good vibe in your gym, that would also sell your membership. Quit wasting people's time and encourage a great workout.

I spoke to FOUR different front desk employees and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. The fourth person said they would find someone to help me, then left me standing there waiting until I finally had to say something again. What's frustrating is once someone actually decided to help, the issue was resolved quickly and easily. The lack of communication, urgency, and customer service was honestly unacceptable. Staff seriously needs better training because customers deserve a smoother experience than this.

I really appreciate how much variety there is for different types of workouts. One of the biggest wins here is the kids' daycare/playground area, which has been a game-changer for my wife and me. Being able to work out together while our kid is safe and entertained is a major plus. That said, there are definitely some downsides that keep this from being a top-tier gym. Too many machines are either out of order or in rough shape, and it often takes weeks for them to get repaired--if at all. During my most recent workout today (6/21/25), I saw two machines still broken that were also down last month. It's frustrating to see that kind of upkeep issue in a gym this size. I haven't used the new upgraded "Pro Room" area yet, but when I checked it out, the strong rubber mat odor was overwhelming--not exactly a motivating vibe. In summary, Powerhouse Gym Murrieta has all the makings of a 5-star facility, but the inconsistent maintenance really holds it back.
