She had a calming, uplifting presence and carried herself with confidence and care. Victor was also fantastic--respectful, professional, and clearly committed to providing a great customer experience. Interactions like theirs are what make a business memorable for all the right reasons. One positive experience can make a business shine--this place had two. That should have made my visit an easy 5-star experience. Unfortunately, it was overshadowed by a third interaction--with someone named Ulises. He was noticeably unprofessional, curt, and dismissive--not just toward me, but toward several other customers I observed. His attitude was starkly different from Anna and Victor's and had a real impact on the overall feel of the visit. Today is Oct 3rd, please note from my previous post, I applied for my auto registration in July, then my drivers license, I have received neither. I've used this place a few times and never had to wait longer than 10minutes. Today is Saturday, they close at 5pm and I walked in at 4:42pm and was out the door by 4:51pm. Not kidding. Go to the MVD. I went to get a simple temporary vehicle registration for a new car I purchased in CA but the person behind the window had no clue how to accomplish that. I asked him to speak to his manager and he refused. I don't blame him, they are not training their people properly. I have been coming to GG&D for years when I lived in Mesa and now I come to the Bell location living in N Phoenix. They help with titles, title transfers, drivers license, and helped settle my new registration when the dealer messed up the address. I never wait long like the regular DMV and their customer service is amazing. Yaneli helped with my new plate and tags and address snaffu and didn't even make me feel dumb I threw the tags away by mistake. I will always keep coming here! read more

Went there for drivers test. She failed my son because he didn't use turn signals within the parking lot to go from one isle to another and didnt use turn signals when parking (huh?). Docked for going 28 in a 30 mph limit zone and for going 9 miles an hour when turning (how fast is he supposed to go?) all not legitimate reasons. I asked for manager, she did nothing, would not have another person test him, just said he can come back another day (after paying $85). Went to another provider, explained what he was docked for (according to the tester) and they said none of that would be something that should have been docked. The manager at gg and d should have questioned her employee and allowed another person to test him. What a rip off artist. Avoid this place read more
