Emma's was recently remodeled and looks more beautiful than ever. The employees are friendly and accommodating, including the owner Andy. He always makes sure his clients leave happy. My go-to girls are Pebbles and Phanny, but I've had my nails done by other techs and I can confidently say that everyone does an excellent job. Eyelash extensions, waxing, dip powder/SNS and mood colors are among other services they offer. Prices are fair. For a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, I paid $52. Cash and card are accepted. If you pay with cash, however, it's cheaper. They do have an ATM available on site if you don't have cash with you. It does tend to get busy between 5pm-closing so expect a wait if you stop by after work. On Saturday mornings, there are usually customers lining up outside. Make sure you arrive early and sign in if you want a specific technician.

My first time there He immediately helped take off my gel while my nail tech was getting the table set up. He also gave me some great advice about general nail maintenance and cuticle maintenance. I think my techs name was Alex, I don't remember what the managers name was. I asked for sunflowers on a black background and asked him if this was something he could do. He insisted he could and I let him know that it was completely okay if he couldn't because I had a backup design. He ended up not being able to do it and had to ask another tech to do it. They came out more like daisies than anything and I wasn't thrilled but I didn't want to hold up the appointment behind me by asking them to redo it. The worst part of this was when he started clipping my cuticles, he cut the entire side of my finger. Not just a little nick...the cuticle clippers took a chunk out of my finger. He apologized and I said it was okay because mistakes happen, but it happened AGAIN. Two chunks taken out of two fingers. (See in pictures below) To me this is unacceptable. I also asked him to be very careful with the silver drill tip because I didn't want to be cut. He cut me anyway and then said it's because my cuticles were dry. The cut was deep, it had nothing to do with dryness. I considered returning at a later date and just asking the manager to do my nails, but I can't ever go back here.

Abigail is very sweet and soft spoken. The entire facial was relaxing , even while getting extractions done. She massaged my shoulders, arms , hands & scalp. AMAZING. The technician, Gisselle Paulino :), ripped off the under-eye tape so roughly that it tore my skin, the manager said it is common and happens all the time... during waxes. That's not an excuse for this kind of carelessness especially on someones face. On top of that, Gisselle Paulino, didn't wear gloves at all during the service, and I left with glue still all over my lashes and lash line, even after I pointed it out. When I showed them I was hurt, both the technician and manager brushed it off like it was no big deal. A LOT of attitude from the technician. NO APOLOGY, no help, very dismissive. I ended up having to go to the hospital to get it treated, was dealing with pain, possible scarring, and stress, right before a concert and vacation I had planned. I couldn't even attend the concert the next day because of how bad it was. What really got me was that no one took any accountability. No apology, no follow-up, not even an offer for a refund. I paid $170 for a service that was not only poorly done, but actually harmed me and cost me even more in medical treatment, medication, and missing an event I'd been looking forward to. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I gave them a chance to respond to my complaint before posting this, but never heard back. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, ESPECIALLY when it comes to anything involving your face or eyes!! Please don't risk going here!!
