On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

I never received a formal quote - just a text No drawings provided to sign off on No follow through on their end when it came to scheduled appointments When I followed up with them to see when they would be showing up, I was told anytime so I proposed a time and they changed it 3 times within less than 12 hours. This caused issues for me for other appointments I shifted around. When I expressed my frustrations regarding the time changes, I was told "He didn't have to be lectured "COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It's not about lecturing it's about learning time management, remember you are running a business and the people you work with have schedules too. Communication was always via text and so I would have to pick the phone up to call once texting kept going back and forth. The one star is for his pricing as they seem to be in line with others. I am all for supporting local shops, but this one will never grow and prosper if they continue to operate unprofessionally.
